I don’t usually come to this location but were headed somewhere and decided to pick up dinner. I ordered from the app. When done, was instructed to go to the door and an employee would meet me and hand me my order. It was ready pretty quickly, so my husband went to the door. A sign said to go to the drive thru. We double checked the app and my husband went back to the door. He asked an employee for his order and was told no. He was told he had to go through the drive thru even though the order was right there where he could see it. The line for the drive they was around the entire building. We waited in that line for another 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window, it took one minute for the employee to turn around and hand us our order. After we got it we again asked why we couldn’t just get it at the door like the app told us. The lost looks of the employees said it all. They didn’t give a care about good service. They didn’t care that our time was wasted and with us taking up space in line that put other peoples orders even further back....

Any ways the other store calls me and doesn't leave a message or nothing just calls twice, with all the scam calls that are going on these days, if people don't leave, voicemails what's the point in returning a phone call..... Read moreI recently placed a order with this location a couple days ago, the food is terrible. I called them tonight letting the general manager Olivia know about my issue with the order. She first told me that she would give me a credit for the order and said she would call back within a couple of minutes. After not hearing back from her for hours, I decided to call the store location back to let them know if I didn't hear back from anyone I was going to file a complaint with corporate. Five minutes later Olivia called back changing what she had said earlier about giving me a credit for my order instead told me that her manager and corporate told her there's nothing that can do about it. When customers have a issue with their order they treat you like you're lying about there being a issue with your order.
