I made a purchase at your Southaven, MS store this morning, I had a friend make a purchase for boots last weeks, so I went to make a purchase for boots only thing is once I left the store this friend told me that Skechers was having a special buy one get the 2nd half off, I went back to the store and asked the male associate his name, he said Nick, he wasn't very clear about his name, It's like he didn't want me to know his name, so I will call him Nick, I told him that I had just been they an hour ago ( and of course he didn't recognize me) and I advised him that they did not tell me that they were having a special with the half off, he immediately says that he wasn't the one who ran me up. No apologizes just advised me that he didn't ring me up( after I made a point to come back to your store, and I made an additional purchase) so I guess this was the responsibility of the person who rang me up, by the way just in case you didn't know it, your employees do not wear name tags, perhaps this is your store practice, let the world be ware, anyway, from my point of view your employees simply didn't care, they represent you well SKECHERS or perhaps it's the way the are treated that makes them so cavalier. Just a note to let you know that I really needed to make that purchase but it won't be made again at your stores. Going out to purchase boots at a store can be done elsewhere for me and that is exactly what I will do. And yes, there were signs in your store about the special, I didn't see them, I was focused on my purchase and your employees didn't give me a heads up, not even the second visit, he just says " I wasn't the person that rang you up" Again this represent you very well. 1/20/2023 @ 11:48. The lady that rang me up was a black female @ 11:48 1/ 20/ 2023. You may want to rethink those name tags not being worn. My first and last purchase...
Read moreHello at this point I don't know if anything can be done. I was in the nike store on 8/14/2020, at around 5 to 6:30 ish. I purchased three par of nike jogging pants and shirts, one pair of shoes for my child. How ever when we arrived home. We told our children to try on items, where we discovered one pair of pants where missing. I immediately checked my vehicle and my child's room. This pair of pants was no where to be found. So I called the store because at this point the only logical explanation is the cashier didn't bag a pair. I was told that the pants where not at the register, and they had already cleaned the loose items from the area. That seemed strange seeing as I had just left the store 10 minutes before. I live just down the road. I was told if I call back the next morning they will have the manager run back the camera to see if the pants where bagged or left out. So I called back as instructed to speak to a manager by the name of Christy she was great and very helpful. She told me she would review the footage and call me back with any findings. So she did just that , called me back to inform me that the footage shows the item being placed in the bag. She even gave me the opportunity to view the footage. She was very helpful, how ever when I viewed the footage it to me was not very convincing. The majority of my items where black. And when the cashier got ready to bag these particular pants. She put them to the side and placed a black shirt on top of them took them off the counter and bagged them out of view. This seemed very strange to me. I don't want to believe she did something wrong but I find this strange. As of now I am out of 44 bucks and a pair of pants. If someone else can look into this matter I would greatly...
Read moreSUBJECT: Express factory outlet cheating customer with wrong promotion offers on Black Friday and charged me the wrong amount and missed my items.
Express Factory had provided fake marketing to the customer and trying to cheat. I was been impacted with this fake marketing promotion that they have introduced. “One of the express manager and the person who were working at the register at the store, was marketing the promotion about if we apply express credit card then we get 20% off and there will be a soft hit on our credit report.” But as a customer, I said how came that be because I’m applying a new credit card and their will be a hard hit on my credit report. But the store manager said that (“NO SIR there will be a soft hit, already there are customer who had soft hit when they opened the credit card first time with us”) and I was surprised and trusted and applied. And after applied I got hard hit and when I spoke with their manager and team they said it was a mistaken about the hard hit and they gave me their express credit card company contact info and told that they will help me. Which they have never helped me out. Been on call for almost half day and kicking from one person to another also spoke with the express credit card account manager and was speaking rude and said it’s my mistake.
“”” It was very worst...
