Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in Southaven

The store had very nice quality items. I went in the store around 3pm today. It wasn't crowded at all and the store had very poor service. I was not greeted when I walked in the store. Four different salespeople walked past me and not one person stopped to say hello or ask if I needed help with anything. I asked one of the salespeople what day the 70% off sale ends. She seemed like she didn't want to be bothered (although this is her job to assist customers) and she just said, "I'm not sure". Instead of purchasing the items that I wanted, I just left the store due to not receiving proper service. Everyone is not always concerned solely with price. Some customers actually want good service too. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with Michael Kors due to the very poor service of not only one person, but the entire store. Being busy can't be used as an excuse as there was only 1 person in line to check out and the store had about 4 other customers. This was just poor service. The staff needs training or maybe consider hiring people that want to work and...

Love thus place! Only kind of purse I carry! I mean come on...look at my name and the store name. My initials are all over it! Anyways, I love this product. I have MANY purses, wallets, backpacks, card holders, and wristlets! But I also have a long puffer (black), short puffer (pink), puffer vest (white), boots, sun glasses, necklaces, clothes, and I use their perfume! I could be a walking billboard! Seriously, the product is amazing and I truly love it. I have bought to do giveaways in my small business, gave as Christmas gifts because I think the products are worth the money! A employee came out and got 2 of friend while we had been standing in line for over an hour in the freezing rain. I called inside the store spoke with manager and told her but she approved it because they wanted to use her employee discount and the manager lied and said they were coming to pick out something for the girl to buy after work but nope she was buying the stuff then so basically they skipped the line bc they knew someone and got a discount. This is a slap in the face when I'm a Michael kors member and has spend thousands there at this point I dont think I will be returning to that location again. It was the disrespect for me.
