Just left the Tanger. The manager opened the store late. And then when we came in we spoke and said Goodmorning he was radio silent. He did not greet us! All he said was someone will be with you. After waiting 10 minutes for help someone came to the front. My fiance and I explained that we had come in to purchase a shirt last week during the 40% off deal and the large sizes were out of stock. A store employee had placed an order for her for a large size and when the shirt came in it was a small. She was disappointed because she wanted to wear it for her birthday. We ask the manager Johnathan if he could help us with ordering another shirt at the same price with fast shipping or any compensation for the inconvenience. This issue was due to their negligence. The manager claimed he would talk to his General manager but instead went to the back of the store and continued to laugh and joke around. I asked for corporate number and made a formal complaint because you donāt treat your customers in this manner. We left without the shirt and we basically missed out on the sale because of their employeeās mistakes. She spends hundreds of dollars every other month in this store and for us to be treated in this manner was an eye opener and it will be a long time before we ever visit this...

The nice young man who was checking me out asked an associate regarding the coupon. The young lady answered the question. I inquired regarding the coupon stating that it could be used with any promotion. Another associate turns and yells "No, the sign on the door clearly says no coupons". Well, I didn't read the sign on the door. Regardless my question didn't require an aggressive response. I stopped the conversation before it escalated because because clearly the young lady was having a bad day. Some associates in this establishment need to be trained on customer service when there are high...

That took a little longer than I had patience for. I was growing aggravated and snapped at him. He didnāt acknowledge my temper, he just continued to assist me, and stayed professional.
Now every time I enter the store and heās there he greets me in the most welcoming friendliest way. He helps me match clothes and offers to order items for me that are not available in his store.
