I am soooo very disgusted with Coach right now. I bought the Moira Sig Jacq Loafer online in September 2020. I wore them one time while in New York in October of 2020. While in New York, the shoe split on the right shoe under the stitching. Got back to Mississippi, took them too Southaven Mississippi, too the outlet Coach and they gave me another pair. Fast forward to today, I wore the shoe to church, looked down and the shoe is ripped in the same exact spot. I called the Southaven Mississippi Coach and spoke with Manager, David. He told me they didn’t have the shoe in stock in my size. He then gave me the 800 number too customer service. Spoke with Toya, she informed me that they couldn’t do anything for me and that I would need the order number. After digging, I found the order number. Then she changed and said they couldn’t refund my money. Well, I never asked for a refund, and I just wanted to be able to get some wearing out of those expensive loafers. Then while hanging on, i was informed by Toya, she would send me a E card to my email address, we got disconnected. No one called me back, so I called them back. Someone got on the phone and told me a third lie. This is not my first time buying Coach. I have 8 pairs of Coach shoes, and 5 bags. But, their loafers are no good! The material is either dry rotted or it’s a defect in the way that shoe is made. I haven’t had any problems with my other purchases, and some of the shoes are 8 years old. They yet look new. This is my first time wearing the shoe because they are fall shoes. The loafer looks brand new. I love Coach, but because of the unfairness of them regarding this shoe, I won’t be buying anything else from them. I will go back to MK. I have posted a picture of the shoes, you all see brand new looking shoes, except the sole is dirty from wearing them today. As a regular customer, there should be something done too satisfy me. I don’t have cash too throw away. Then Toya was supposed to be emailing me a list of their vendors that I could take the shoe to for repair, I asked would Coach pay the repair shop, she told me no. I’m done! No more Coach for me.
UPDATE: I took my shoes to the best shoe repair in Southaven Mississippi. One look at the shoe, and I was told they couldn’t be repaired because it’s a defect in the material, that I figured it was because it split in the middle of the toe. So the repair lady told me to take it back to Coach. I started not because of the conversation I had had with them. But I did, and I’m happy to report, that David’s Manager, handled it by giving me credit for the price of the shoe. That’s all I wanted. But I think what changed her mind, she saw the shoe and saw it looked new. So, they have redeemed themselves but I won’t buy their loafers again. I will stick with MK loafers. They’ve lasted...
Read moreI would have given no stars if it allowed me too. At 1st no one was at the front to greet anybody walking in. My mom was only greeted by a sales man when she walked in further. I walked in a different direction and over heard him greet her. Cool, no issue there. When the same sales guy saw me, he looked at me and didn't say a word. By now, I was trying on a purse. Didn't think too much about it. I found some super cute rain boots so I asked for my size after standing there waiting and watching 3 employees mingling in a corner dressing a mannequin in a far back corner near the register. They even turned and looked at me but still didn't address me so I interrupted them nicely and said, "Excuse me, may I get a size?" The same sales guy assisted me. He turned to go get my size but stopped and said, "It cost $167!", I responded "OK!". Now I'm furious and I'm sure he could tell by the way I glared at him and responded. He looked at me and came back a minute later and claimed he didn't have the size 7. I really wanted to tell him, "I asked for the size, not the price!". But I bit my tongue cause I would be no better if I said that. Shame on him! Thank goodness they didn't have those boots. I'll buy them when I get back to Chicago where they never insult me when I buy there and they actually make a good...
Read moreI can’t say enough about how great this store is!! My mother and daughter and I walk in and three of the salespeople greeted us and asked how they could help us. We are looking for a small black purse. Then Kenny suggested one that he had bought for his sister. It was perfect!! He immediately told us the cost with the 70% discount for the Memorial Day sale. Then he said “ I remember you”! We had been there a year ago, looking for a purse for my mother. He found the perfect purse for her. The strap was a little long for her and he did a little alteration after we purchased it. Again, THE Perfect purse!!
We also needed shoes. He showed us a pair of nude pumps, on clearance, $39.00. We were looking for the most comfortable pair due to having to do a lot of walking in DC. We asked him to hold them for a couple of hours. We went to every store in the mall and tried on every nude pump we could find. Nothing compared to the comfort or price of his shoes.
We have been buying Coach purses for years at other places, but from now on we will only shop at this store and with Kenny.
Thank you Kenny and...
