Do not go here. Go to an actual piercing professional. I’ve spent $600 dollars here in the last two months and have had nothing but issues. The girl who pierced me showed me exactly which earrings would be safe and not too small for this double upper cartilage piercing, but I immediately began having issues. The first issues I noticed were the backs were put on crooked (not through the actual hole) which caused the butterfly backs to become stuck against my ear not allowing my ear to breathe to the point that the pain was unbearable and the piercings were embedded in my ear. I went to have it fixed - the lady who switched the backs did not wear gloves which I believe led to more issues but did manage to successfully change the back. Not even a week later, both piercings are totally embedded again. I had to pull the actual clasps around the stud out of my ear before they became stuck completely inside the cartilage. I’ve followed every care instruction, followed up with them, and now I’m left having to remove both piercings to protect my health. There is actual skin that has ripped from inside the piercing hole the outside due to the embedding. Complete waste of time and money, and now I probably will never be able to have my cartilage pierced in the same place again. This is not a professional establishment. Wear gloves. Address concerns that the jewelry used was too small. Total garbage and a complete disappointment. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PIERCINGS TO HEAL AND LAST! And for the love of god, definitely do not take your child here. What a...
Read moreI went to this place with the intentions of having a second ear piercing. When I arrived there with my mom, the vibes were off because one of the employees that helped us stepped back and acted like she didn’t want to help out all because my mom explained that she didn’t want to purchase the cleaning kit to take care of my piercing (we already had one). The employee assumed that my mom had an attitude. Secondly, when the employee started piercing my ears, she messed up my left ear lobe. The earring didn’t go all the way through and she didn’t want to push it in. As a result, she ended up having to repierce my ear but put a 4 mm earring instead of the one I wanted (3 mm). Her manager insisted that we had to pay an extra 70$ to purchase another 3 mm earring in spite of them messing up my ear which they claimed wasn’t their fault. “It was the guns fault,” the manager said. They sent me home with a 3 mm earring in one ear and 4 mm in the other. Do not go here if you want to get your ears pierced because if they mess up, they won’t take responsibility and try to fix...
Read moreJaclyn is amazing! I went in for a 2nd lobe piercing today and was both excited and little nervous. The last time I ever had a piercing was for my 10th birthday. Jaclyn was so easy to talk to and helpful with putting me at ease making sure the alignment was best both before and during the procedure. She also let me use a hair clip to keep my hair from bothering me and encouraged I hold a plushie and take a deep breath. I enjoyed my visit so much I ended up getting a 3rd lobe piercing! The earrings are so cute and Jaclyn was amazing to have help me. Definitely visit Jaclyn here, she is so optimistic and encouraging! She has helped me feel super cute with...
