If I could give this place zero stars I would. I genuinely cannot understand how a worse bunch of workers could end up housed all under one location. I mean itâs genuinely something wrong with every last one of them. I placed an order on mobile for drive thru and went through the drive thru to pick the order up. The screen was black and none of the lights were up. The screen was not on as well. I waited for a bit/said hello, no response. I went inside to get it, nobody was inside except other workers. I walked up to the counter and the same red-dread worker (I believe from a prior review itâs the same lady) I stood for a bit waiting for anyone to even acknowledge I was there while I was standing directly in their faces. I noticed they started talking about how one of the workers needs to âget back on drive-thruâ I chimed in and stated I was just out there to pick up an order and nobody responded. They stammered to state that âthey tried to say helloâ even though their headset was off and on the counter from the moment I walked in. They then both walked off and went to the back on their phones. Kid you not, I had to lean over the counter to wave over the girl to ask to get my order. After I give her my name she once again walks off without saying a word. She returns with nothing and starts working on others orders. Red/dreads comes back after playing with her phone in direct view in the back. Then decides to finally address me by asking if Iâm placing an order as if I didnât just say I was trying to pick up a noble order through the drive thru- I told her the other girl took it thankfully and gave her my name again. I watched as they finally decided to start taking drive thru orders again. I also noticed everyone else in their just on their phones doing whatever they feel emboldened to get away with. I then stood for another 20 minutes waiting on food I placed a mobile order for.    Read moreI visited this location at noon on August 2, 2025. There were only two cars in the drive thru and no customers inside. Once inside it was about a five minute wait before the young lady came to the counter. They were out of the Cobb salad which was the primary reason for the visit but my family and I ordered anyway. Although the drink fountain advertises over 100 drink combinations it was missing dozens of drinks including lemonade. After about a 15 minute wait the young lady called my name and left the food on the counter. I noticed that there was no toy in my sonâs kid meal, and after another three minute wait she returned and let me know they were out of toys. I asked could I have a small frosty to substitute. She said they couldnât do that and she would double check on the toy. She returned and continued taking orders and serving other customers completely ignoring me. After standing at the counter an additional 10 minutes I politely asked her for her name. She continued to ignore me but then returned with a small frosty. She handed it to me without saying a word and proceeded to help other customers. While waiting at the counter I noticed that all the cooks had on gloves but they were continuously using their cell phones without changing gloves. The young lady at the counter had red dreads and I donât understand why she was so rude to me. I know this is a franchise owned by someone who will probably not read this review but they have employees not representing the brand accurately and demonstrating very poor customer service.    Read moreThis is the worst "restaurant" I have ever been to: Service was non-existent and the manager (white guy in his late 30's) was a joke because whoever he had running the show (an older, around 50(?), smart-mouthed black woman) had the attitude that they were doing ME a favor!? Not only was the service crappy but they're a bunch of thieves too! I ordered a Double Baconator with Baconator Fries. What I received was a Junior Baconator with one Baconator patti and 2 regular burger patties in lieu of the 2nd patti; as if that wasn't enough, I got 6 small pieces of bacon (maybe 1 rasher of bacon in total?) which all fitted next to each other on the bottom bun - instead of the RASHERS of bacon that their advertising shows. The Baconator fries came in a small plastic container which had about 10 fries (literally!), covered with a bunch of squirt cheese and bacon bits sprinkled over it. I ordered at the drive-through but when I went inside to complain, the manager stood to one side and pretended to be invisible while his "henchwoman" gave me a bunch of lip. I asked him directly how much a double baconator costs and he couldn't answer me; SHE told me it's "ABOUT" $7.49 - for a sandwich that would make a Krystal's burger look like a feast. I've lodged a formal complaint with Wendy's corporate but I don't expect to get any response from them either. NEVER will that place see my business...
