This Wendy's has the rudest people of all. For the last year and a half since I started my present job I have gotten breakfast there. Used to be the sweetest lady there every morning. So pleasant but I never see her anymore. Just rude people who don't know how to say hello, thank you, kiss my foot, nothing. The girl this morning was the final straw. I gave my order and she said nothing. Nothing showed up on the screen but a commercial that was on it when I drove up. Finally I said "Hello, did you get my order?" Still no reply and finally she just says "Pull up to the window". I pull up, hand her my card she runs my card, hands me a sack and my card back and shuts the window in my face never having said a word to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. I went tonight 07/26/2023 to place an order. The drive thru speaker was not working so you have to place your order at the window. I placed my order at the window for 10 pc nugget. The worker at the window was wearing gloves and took my credit card for payment. While my card was being processed the same worker with the same gloves went just around the corner and I could see that person putting nuggets in the carton with the SAME GLOVES!! I said I didn't want my order and got a refund back on my card! I am a nurse and was in my uniform. I touch patients in many circumstances with many issues. Read moreI had a drive thru experience where an employee was very rude. It was fast food rush hour 3pm, the line was long and once I got to the speaker, no one said anything. So I pull to the window thinking the speaker didn't work and the attendant walks up very annoyed and rolls her eyes, I let her know no one came to the speaker so she says "I know cause I didn't say anything, we're changing shifts so you need to go back through the line," then she closes the window in my face. I just parked and went inside but I thought that was very unprofessional. She was younger but that's not excusable.
