Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southbury

Service is horrible go to Starbucks or the one down the street by strongtown rd much better service. I asked for a medium hot coffee with milk and sugar two others gentlemen came in after me an ordered how is it they got there order before me then when I asked where’s my coffee to the register girl she acted like I was never there at all ready to take my order again like wth is wrong with the workers do they need training or something they are in a customer service industry if you cannot learn to take care of customers then go work in a factory in the background where you deal with nobody and the coffee was trash took one sip and threw it out never going back there again ruined my day it was overfilled and the cup on the outside was ruined with coffee spillage great way to start my day thank you!...

I haven't been to a Dunkin in months and now I remember why. Bagel was rock hard and cold by the time my beverage was done, I had to gently remind the gal behind the counter that beverages in house ordered after mine (about 5) had been made and sent out the door. She stated she had other drinks lined up and was waiting on my espresso. Made it in less than half a minute. Got to work, took a sip and dumped it. Tasted burnt.

I also don't want to kick someone while they're down but nearly every vertical surface as well as the mobile order pickup shelves are coated in spilled drinks. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't standing around for so long waiting. I don't understand why Dunkin keeps opening locations if this is the standard of...

I’m not trying to be rude, but I walked in 30 mins before and asked the worker “is it too late, I get it if it is” and the employee was on their phone and didn’t even acknowledge me until a second employee came out with the mop and they finally heard/noticed me. Said all they had was hot coffee and no food either and looked at me like I was bothering them for even coming in THIRTY MINUTES before close. At a fast food coffee shop, it’s not like it’s a sit down restaurant. I understand they wanna get home so no big deal. But kinda annoying to be the only coffee place in town and you shut down 30 mins before you actually are listed as closing? You should change your hours to reflect u actually...
