I just started going to this location but wont be back. The dining area is nasty. There is ALWAYS something spilled on the floor by the drinks. They actually were closed in August for whatever reason, came in the next day around 1130am and the pop/ silverware area was dirty. This complaint is based on service on 9/19. I made an online order and was told that it would be ready at 1:40pm. At 1:36pm I was alerted that it was ready and went inside. The young adult girl was at the regrister just standing, no welcoming smile or anything. I gave her my name and she said the bag sitting there was not mines. I said ok and waited. I walked up again and asked to received a cup and she told me to ask her manager who was working alone with a line of at lease 6 people. While continuing to wait for my online order, the manager was the only one working doing multiple orders.The lady that was standing at the register not helping the line nor when the manager asked her to help out by cleaning the dining room while she did a bulk order and she just stood there not moving. This meant that the only manager that was working the front stopped and asked her to come to the back. There were others around like a shorter thin young lady who the manager said was new that actually came from the back and put out the online orders and start to ring the orders that the manager. I didn't receive my order until 2: 05pm. So over a 20 min wait time. It wasn't just me. There was a line that formed after me and a growing line of people coming in to have their orders made. Pack your patience and make sure you don't fall from the spills...
Read moreI placed an order for pick up, I got to the restaurant 5 minutes before my order was due, because sometimes orders get done early... Well not here. I waited over 45 minutes past my original pickup time. When I got there, apparently they were out of rice and fajita veggies. When they finally got rice, after 30 minutes of waiting, they proceeded to fulfill new orders for people waiting in line, rather than finish my order I'd been waiting for and had paid for. If I wouldn't have already paid, I would have left. I waited patiently and just watched while waiting. One of the employees, a young female, went on "break" or she just decided she was on break, and proceeded to sit at a table with her phone volume as high as it would go, talking to someone on the phone. At one point when the store started getting busy, she walked around the corner, on the other side of the beverage machine, and started filming TikTok videos. She could have filled the napkins or silverware, which were empty. I could tell at least one of her co-workers was annoyed that she disappeared (he didn't know what she was doing). Unsure if there was a manager onsite, but there should have been. I don't believe we will ever intentionally go to this location again. I try to see the best in situations, but there was nothing...
Read moreI have had good experiences and bad throughout life and never have I ever felt so inclined to leave a review about a company that could hurt someone’s livelihood. But after todays experience I will make an exception. The store opened at noon and me along with other customers were let into the store only to wait in line for 45mins without a single word being said to me or the other people waiting. When I asked how much longer it would take to get service I was told, “online orders had to be completed first”. Funny thing is they were doing prep and not filling those order either! I asked for the manager, William Edgar Jr, and when I explained everything it was clear he did not care so I grabbed a business card and left. I called the number on the card and low and behold William answered. Again I explained the situation in which William said, “is it because my staff is all black?” WOW absolutely floored and could hear him and other staff members laughing.
