3 strikes and this place is out now. I been here 3x in a week now and the first 2 times they only had 6 flavors and they said the shipment is coming in today...Well today is day 7 and now they have 4 flavors left you can't get nothing made really because they dont have the right icecreams to make it! There Costomer service sucks that gets a Negative 🌟 and 31 flavors my A$$ that should be false advertising. I blame the General Managers the Regional and distract managers and the Biggest blame to the CEO of baskin robins for letting it get so bad. It looks like they are about to start closing the business down for good. Baskin Robins known for 31 flavors finally sunk down to 4 Flavors and don't even care! Why should costumers care and keep coming and making your bussiness thrive if you dont care to take care of the COSTUMERS and making sure you have what you advertise you have to me thats false advertising. I mean Baskin Robins is getting so bad the there is another baskin Robins 1/2 mile down the street from this location so I left this 1 to try the other 1 and hopefully they had 31 flavors omg Nope they did not either but did have more than they had I think they had about 8 and it's Kosher. I never seen a Koser Dunkin donuts before. I tried ordering Ham and cheese breakfast sandwhich to be told they dont serve Ham and we serve Kosher meaning all the meat is SOY!! Hey if you want a Kosher restaurant open 1 up but don't completely change the Dunkin donut menu either. I thought if you were a franchise owner you still have to follow guidelines. That wouod be me buying a burger king and I sell nothing but vegetarian food. No more whoppers we have fennel burgers now and Grass shakes...lmao What is this world coming to these days you cant even go out to get something to eat these days without any problems. Your safer to make food at...

I applied for the 9 mile location of the franchise on August 28th (Saturday) on Indeed. Got the job almost right away and had been requested to start the following Tuesday for training. I came in and was literally waiting for thirty minutes straight to be acknowledged by someone there, what a great start already right? WRONG! Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from this location was basically all the same. Not getting proper hands-on training and getting extremely aggressive communication whenever i inevitably messed up. Plenty of side comments from the manager about how i’m making HER nervous with another employee from my obvious increased anxiety from being expected to know EVERYTHING while being taught basically nothing face-to-face CONSISTENTLY. Always telling me to grab things i’ve never been properly told where other than very vauge answers. And finally almost the end of my stay here was when i was thrown on the cash register with only 15 minutes of training TOPS! Easily twelve people at the lobby at once at one point that day. I just cried. I couldn’t handle the stress of explaining to angry customers that just only wanted their orders that i was very new and inexperienced. Plenty of sympathy tips that day, but it really sucked. Rico the manager refuses to pay me today after working 6 hour shifts plus overtime 4 days straight in her store and it’s truly calculating how she wanted to transfer me on exactly on pay day (last Friday) and suddenly doesn’t know the hours i worked that SHE scheduled herself. 7AM to 1PM plus overtime and nothing...
Read moreWhere do I begin? I ordered the Chipotle hash brown sunrise wrap, a medium hazelnut latte, and a vanilla cream filled donut. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the building at 11:00 a.m. And not only did it take 20 minutes for them to complete my order, but two other people came in 10 minutes after I did and they got their order's before I got mine. Two different customers also came in during this time because their orders were wrong. When I finally did get my order I realized why it is that I don't eat out at places like this very often! The donut literally had less than a tablespoon's worth of cream filling inside it. And that sunrise wrap was the saddest little thing I've ever seen. A child's portion, truly! The flavors were okay, but the wrap was chewy and not properly heated. My coffee required the addition of caramel flavored syrup, because apparently the hazelnut is sugar free and they do not offer a coffee condiment station for me to adjust it myself. I know the cost of goods is rising, but I would honestly rather pay more for a better product than pay...
