This morning I went to this Starbucks to order me a drink and a bagel. Their drive through was super long so I decided to go inside. Everyone inside was busy so I decided to not order a drink and just get a bagle. At 9:08am I ordered two everything bagles with one cream cheese. I thought just ordering the bagles I would be in and out. Nope. I patiently waited, but when it was becoming over 10 minutes I just wanted a refund because I was already running behind for work. I asked the young lady who was making drinks (Light skinned, short black hair, black glasses, a little thick about 5'5), I believe her name is Falicia, she worked next to the young man with locks, if she can please ask the young lady who was at the cashier to please give me a refund.
Falicia gave me the most rude response with an attitude by stating " You need to wait. She's in the back making food. She will be at the cashier once she's done." So, I stated " I understand, however, I did not order a drink just two bagles. I am already running late to work, and I didn't think it would take this long for two bagels. Can I just get a refund?" Falicia stated again "You need to wait. She cannot stop making the food to go to the cashier. She have to finish making the food first." So instead of me embarssing this young lady by cussing her out for being unncessarily rude I informed her to chill out, there is no need to have an attitude, everyone is doing a great job, and I don't need to deal with your unncessary attitude this morning. She responded by saying "Okay." I then proceded to ask her if she can grab the cashier to give me my refund. Falicia began to ask the person at the order window to assist me.
Now that I am being assisted to get my refund back and finally my bagels are ready to be picked up. After I left I did call the manager to make my complaint and he apologized and said that he will look into it. He also stated that they are short staff and everyone had to step in for coverage, which I totally understand. I also totally understand that when people are working within a busy enviorment it can become overwhelming, however, that doesn't excuse the poor customer service. It takes longer to be nasty and rude to someone versus saying "Okay, one moment. Let me get someone for you." Just that statement alone is less than 10 seconds versus having an almost minute rude conversation with someone because you are...
Read moredrive out of my way to go to the Starbucks or at least I used to all of the time I lived about 5 minutes from a different Starbucks but I hated the service there I started coming here and loved loved loved the staff in fact a very specific person named Kahari comes to mind he was incredible always intensive always super kind to me he remembered who I was even just going through with the speaker to speaker he knew who I was and I love that he always made me feel welcome my drinks are always perfect and then I don't know what happened to him but ever since he left my dreams have started going down I hate complaining and I don't want to have to ask for them to remake my drink when they already make it seem like I'm a burden today was my last straw though I ordered my drinks 20 minutes in advance because I was in a rush and I got to the window mind you at a speaker they told me my drinks are done just come to the window or whatever that was fine I got to the window and could see my drink sitting on the counter and I sat there for 10 minutes at the window they didn't come to the window and say hold on a minute they didn't come to the window and say a damn word to me I waited and I waited and I waited even though I can see my drinks which was the most frustrating thing they waited and they finally got to the window and asked me did you order oh a mocha something or another and I said no my drinks are the ones right there she said okay and handed them to me completely forgot my water that I ordered at the speaker and my drink and my childs drink did not have the peach jucie that we order the juice that I spent an almost Dollar on to have in my drink this is every single time at this point when I come here they don't put something in my drink and act like I'm not going to notice as if I don't get this drink everyday I miss Kahari and if he still works there I need to find out when because I miss him and I miss having good service there is no longer a Starbucks around my area that I can go to and get...
Read moreI was excited when this location was opening up but since then just about every trip has been a constant disappointment! Please be aware this will not be a quick coffee run. If you come to this location, you will need about 17 to 20 minutes to spare. Along with the lack of speed/efficiency there is an extreme lack of customer service. If they get your order wrong, which will happen and if they don’t have the ingredients to make your beverage you will not a recovery card. At any other Starbucks location if they get your order wrong or can’t give your beverage of choice you should get the recovery card to comp you for a beverage of choice on your next trip. When I requested the card (which you shouldn’t have to do it should be offered) John the store manager told me if he gave a card every time they messed up he’d be out of business. Sounds like there is a serious problem with your purchase ordering and baristas if its that common AND the store manager is aware and still chooses not to comp his clientele! Just terrible and unacceptable! I will be driving two miles past this place to go the other Starbucks that values their clientele. This location is THE WORST representation of the Starbucks brand! Oh yeah I forgot to mention how I had to hear the other manager’s entire weekend recap over the drive thru speaker before I could order, a full 4 minutes of how she was a third wheel while there is a major line behind me, but I guess her recap was more important to tell instead of getting orders in. Again she was a manager too and this was after waiting in line for 15 mins. If you are used to promptness and great customer service this is not the...
