Burger King — Restaurant in Southgate

Dave W. is rude and Hates his job. But I can see why because he was running the drive through and front counter by himself. After PATIENTLY waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes, Dave told me that he didn’t have to serve me since I was “hollering” ; after he told me to speak up because he could’ve hear me -_-. I left the drive-thru speaker, and proceeded inside. Just to wait PATIENTLY another 5-10minutes while Dave frantically tried to take drive-thru orders, front counter orders, and bag his own food. Once it was finally time for me to order, I was livid. I told Dave I was going to complain to corporate because of how rude he was on the speaker. He stated he didn’t care because he has “witnesses” that knows he isn’t rude. Whatever, I left. Got home and sent my husband back to the Burger King because I actually wanted the food. My husband came back home with cold/stale fries, no shake because they didn’t have any, and chicken nuggets or my two year old that were hard as a rock. I still have yet to receive a call back from a manager. Thanks Burger King for the horrible service and horrible food. I definitely won’t be back. Good job sending customers across the street...

Went there today and first thing I notice is no ice drinks will be warm. Ok no problem. Order my food and pull up to the window. After giving them my debit card they got the window open and all you can hear is the two ladies complaining. I hear the lady taking orders complaining about someone ordering. She said omg I hate when people order like this. When I ask what you want don't say um. We don't sell um. I could tell she had an attitude with us at the speaker but I tried to overlook it. But she is just completely rude. I went here twice this week for the new garlic burger. The first time they were handling issues with their staff and asked if we could give them 5/10 minutes. We just left. The next day I went to another location and they said they don't have that burger yet. So I tried this location today and of course they don't have it. So I had to order something else. I ask for no lettuce and not tomatoes on my sandwich. Instead I get no lettuce and no onions. But apparently my husband didn't get onions either so maybe they were out. But also our fries were over cooked like they just reheated old fries. This place needs to...

Edit Aug 7th 2021: made the mistake of giving this place a chance again. Every single thing is stale or overcooked. Disgusting.

I gave this Burger King a shot twice but I’m going to drive out of the way now for a different one from now on. The first morning, I ordered two biscuit sandwiches but they were completely out and I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to make more. I decided to get a different type of sandwich and I was told at the window they were out because the manger that morning decided to not make more although it was still breakfast.

The next morning which was literally the next day, they were out of biscuits again. I decided to wait the twenty minutes. I ordered two biscuit sandwiches and two bacon French toast sandwiches. When I got home, I realized one of the bacon French toast sandwiches was actually a ham croissant sandwich. The ham on the croissant and two biscuit sandwiches were cold.
