UPDATE I had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s! From the moment we were seated and greeted by Mikaela, we felt welcomed. She was so friendly and genuinely cared when she asked, “How has your day been so far?” Robin was equally pleasant and attentive, always keeping our water glasses and bread basket full (and that bread—delicious!).
Our waitress, Brandi, was absolutely amazing. Every suggestion she made was spot-on. She was professional, friendly, and made us feel like regulars, even though it was our first visit. Her attentiveness really stood out.
The manager, Mitch, also stopped by to greet us, which was a nice touch. It’s clear that the high level of service starts from the top and is reflected throughout the staff.
As for the food, it was fresh, piping hot, and delicious. I tried a spicy sausage soup (recommended by Brandi—wish I remembered the name) that was fantastic, and the espresso martini was delightful. I noticed they offer wine dinners, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try one of those.
Overall, a great dining experience from start to finish!
UPDATE Just attended one of Carrabba’s monthly wine dinners, and it was just as fantastic as my first visit—maybe even better! Brandi was our server again and continues to be amazing. Candice was also great, and Lauren, who hosts the dinner and explains the wine pairings, really brought everything together. The food was fresh and perfectly paired, and I love that they offer $10 take-home entrées. These dinners are a great experience and well worth...
Read moreI visited Carrabba’s before work and explained to the manager, Lauren, that I was in a rush. Both she and the waitress assured me my order would be ready in just a few minutes. Although I was hesitant, the restaurant was nearly empty, so I trusted them. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later, I was still waiting and ended up calling in late to work. Despite the delay, I still tipped the waitress $10 on a $30 carryout order, which included wine, (drank while waiting) meatballs, and wings.
When I got to my car, I checked my order and noticed the meatball container was cold. As I took it out of the bag, the lid was not properly secured, and the meatballs spilled all over my truck and my brand new sneakers—a huge mess.
The next day, I returned to the restaurant to place another order but also spoke with Lauren about my experience. I even showed her a video of the spill. Coming from a customer service background, I expected at least an apology or some form of compensation, but I was met with a puzzled look and no acknowledgment of the issue. Despite this, I placed a $50 order and left a generous tip again.
My point is this: with inflation and many businesses struggling, it’s more important than ever to take care of good customers. Word of mouth can build or break a business. I hope Carrabba’s takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service...
Read moreMy family dined here yesterday and the food was disappointing, if this had been my first time trying Carrabas it would be the last. Thankfully we're frequent customers of carrabas and know this is not their usual standard.
We always order chicken Alfredo and get extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping the bread. They could not accommodate our request for a large sauce so they brought us 2 very small sauces. The first sauce we were presented was very garlicky and sour. The server was very friendly and brought us a new sauce, but it tasted like straight butter.
When the entrees came out my husband's chicken was way over cooked and dry and the "Alfredo" which taste like straight butter sauce was on the bottom of the plate, not mixed throughout the noodles and no amount of Parmesan could make it better.
Shockingly the best thing we had was the French fries that my daughter received. She had originally been given mashed potatoes because the fries were not ready, which was a nice gesture but they were way too spicy for a 5 year old because they had a very generous amount of black pepper.
Sad to say we will not be returning to this location. The service was great but the food was not. If I could give them any advice, it would be to taste their food...
