Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southington

5 stars isn't enough.

I couldn't say enough good things about this particular Dominos. I don't know how they do it but they have a universal, top notch 100% 10/10 level staff that always goes above and beyond what you would call "normal" customer service, so you know the management there is on point! The food is always fresh and is always delivered in a fast and professional way. If I've ever had a problem with an order (which only happened once) it is taken care of right away. And the biggest surprise to me is that they are very personal, which is rare for a big chain company like this one. They always ask how we are doing and have excellent customer relation building skills. Because of all the things I have mentioned, I am and will always be a customer to Dominos. Big ups to the Southington store you truly are 1...

So I ordered garlic wings and a large four cheese pizza on Friday, and a few hours later I got bad food poisoning. Today on Sunday when I could talk to the manager, he told me I had to call it the moment it was bad if I wanted a refund and I'm thinking to myself how would I immediately know if the food was bad? I told them they could definitely keep the tip but had no intention to give anything back. Sure I could've called earlier even though I was sick all Saturday, but the fact that there were no other compromises or solutions that the manager could've offered was disappointing for a customer service representative. If others enjoy this specific Domino's great just be careful of the food and don't expect miracles for...

This was my second attempt at ordering from here recently. The first time was a few months back, and the person who answered the phone gave me a serious attitude and then put me on hold for over ten minutes, so I gave up that night. I was able to order this second time because I ordered online. I ordered a medium pizza and it tasted awful. I took one bite of the pizza and could not even finish the bite because it tasted so bad; I spit it out and threw away the entire pizza. Their sauce tasted absolutely disgusting and the pizza smelt terrible. I used to go here when I was younger all the time, but this place is just a dump now. I will never go back there again, and the same goes for any other Dominoes....
