Recently, I spent about three hours inside a local club to see how it really operates, and what I witnessed left me unsettled. From underage drinking to questionable management practices, the environment didn’t feel like a safe or welcoming place for the young women working there—or for the customers walking in.

Underage Drinking Behind Closed Doors

It was hard to ignore that many of the girls working there appeared to be under 21, yet I saw some of them drinking in the girls’ bathroom. It’s something I heard about before stepping in, but seeing it firsthand made it clear that this isn’t just rumors. It raises concerns about how much the management truly cares about the safety and legality of what’s happening inside.

The Day Shift and the “Favorites” Game

During the day shift, there’s a female boss who, according to several workers, plays favorites in a way that affects who feels safe and who gets harassed. The girls shared with me that if you’re not her favorite, you might get charged “late fees” from $10 up to $20—fees that can pile up fast if she decides she doesn’t like you. I saw her demeanor with different girls, and it was clear who was under her protection and who was not.

An Unwelcoming Environment

From what I saw, it’s not just a matter of bad vibes; it’s an environment where favoritism, pressure, and fear of retaliation are part of the daily routine for these young women trying to make a living. It left me wondering how many other places operate like this in our city, hidden behind dark lights and loud music.

This is an excellent club a lot of great dancers and beautiful women. A lot of girls on Friday and Saturday nights, other times are hit or miss. I am hooked on Malibu and Rose two very beautiful women great dancers, and amazing personalities. Price are average and fair. Drinks really depend on the bartender some are great and make stronger drinks then there is one that really makes watery drinks I’ve only seen her once. RED VIP room is the place to go for great dances and to really get to know the girls. Came here with my boyfriend not knowing to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Hands down one of the best clubs in CT. Hot girls, great drink specials. Reasonably priced cover charge. Doesn't seem dirty like some other clubs. Music was good and was surpised to learn they have a DJ every night! Most clubs aren't too couple friendly but I felt comfortable and the girls showed both me and my boyfriend attention.
