My cake was very nice that’s not what am dissatisfied with. There is a major lack in customer service. I had ordered my cake a month prior to my event. I gave them the date and time that my event was to start, I had asked if they could deliver. They couldnt, okay no problem, so they were completely adamant I had to pick up my cake no later then 9am I sent my dad and he waited an over an hour for my cake, mind you my event started at 11am it was my daughters first birthday party. My dad had all the more decoration in his car and was not dressed for my event. I was late to my venue with half of my decorations and the cake still missing. By the time my dad got to my venue my food was about to be served and my decorations were half done. I arranged my whole day to revolve around when my cake would be ready because they had a bigger and more expensive event that took priority over mine. Needless to say I received no phone call no apology from the owner she knew I was upset as one of her employees texted me from her personal phone. I had to call to ask for an explanation and she just kept throwing excuses at me. She told me that they encourage to pick up the day before. Oh really?! Would you encourage your bride to pick up her cake the day before her wedding? Why would I let a cake sit around for an entire day? Absolute poor customer service this was the first and last time I will ever use this shop. The economy is not what it use to be and people are cutting out luxuries so be carful how you treat...

The customer service is terrible. The first time I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday the cake was not ready on time. I had to stand and wait in the bakery for nearly 45mins after I arrived even though I had already given them an extra hour. Despite that experience I tried to give them a second chance. I ordered a cake and emailed the details of the cake I wanted designed for my child’s birthday. I confirmed everything, but she emailed me later on asking if I wanted 1 or multiple figurines after I had already confirmed the order and said I wanted the cake similar to the image she provided (which had only 1 figurine). Since she was unsure of how many figurines on the cake, she decided to cancel my ENTIRE order of cake and cupcakes. The day of my son’s birthday I thought she would confirm a pickup time but instead she had nothing for me. She only offered to still make the cupcakes. Fortunately, I found another bakery same day who prepared both the cake and cupcakes for me. Otherwise, my child would have been so devastated to not have his special character cake. Any parent of a young child understands how important this is. She replied that she was answering business emails during her personal time. As if I should be grateful for her time when it’s a paid business exchange. Do yourself a favor and choose a bakery that you can trust to deliver on your request and respects you...

If you are not a girly girl don't let the looks keep you from this exceptional bakery. 😁 I entered just after a huge, elegant wedding cake left. Lori was still happy to see us & told us about all of the baked goods available & what she could put together for us (almost anything you could dream up!). I decided on a box of canoli (made right then, a delicate smooth canoli filing in a crispy fresh shell) and a Pina colada stuffed cupcake with coconut frosting(the cake was definetly homemade, the frosting was real butter, buttercream... I am a stickler for real butter, buttercream.) 😉I also ordered brownies with a thick coat of ganache. We all decided that we would like to eat a bowl of the amazing ganache... It was awesome. The brownie was thick & dense & not overly sweet, perfectly paired with the ganache. They have both fresh & packaged items for sale, including chilled canoli dip & canoli chips. Lori was kind enough to tell me the history/evolution of her bakery. She then introduced me to her mom, Joyce... I told her I would call her "Joy" instead because she was such a lovely lady.
