NEW CABINETS, STILL LIVING IN A NIGHTMARE !!!! MONTH 2 AND STILL NO KITCHEN !!! Ordered 21 Hanssem Cabinets, signed off on April 24, 2024. Cabinets were delivered July 12, 2024 and 13 out of 21 have issues from missing hinge, doors, and poor assembly from the mfg. and for cabinet issue 14, the wrong size cabinet was ordered.
Salesman - Larry Boccuzzio, his manager - Quiana "Kiki" Alves and the owner - Jimi Clarke ALL COULD CARE LESS !!!!.
Any eta when finally given, comes and goes without any communication from them to me, the paying customer. I was told my kitchen replacements would NOT take the full 8 weeks and the order would be expedited. NOT TRUE since I still haven't received anything and it's now Sept 21st. The manager, Kiki, said my contractor would have what he needs so my kitchen could be done by Sept 15th. NOT TRUE -AND I never heard from anyone that the eta wasn't going to happen. Finally, I get a sappy apology from the manager only after my male contractor called and left a message. She then said my delivery would be Sept 18th. NOT TRUE - no delivery and NO WORD FROM ANYONE and it's now September 21st. The owner - JIMI CLARKE could NOT even take 3 minutes to call me after I sent an email begging the 3 of them for an update on the replacement order.
I never even received an invoice for my purchase. Larry finally sends an itemized invoice with no prices listed per item, just a grand total ??? I requested a complete invoice with prices listed from Jimi Clarke the owner, GUESS WHAT ?? He STILL HASN'T responded, NO SURPRISE!!
If had treated any one of my customers like I am being treated, I would have been written up and shown the door. What business model are they practicing? Why are they ignoring me? Why do they not care? Why do I have to beg the owner of HIS OWN company for a response when he can clearly see from the email chain that his staff is not responding to his customer's request? Why don't they ever contact me 1st? Why do I have to contact them and beg for a response only to continue to hear crickets? When are the replacment parts going to be delivered and installed by your hopefully competent carpenters so my contractor can resume his work? Why am I forced to write a review because it's cheaper...
Read moreWorst experience ever! When we installed the bathroom vanity the pipes in our wall hit the new vanity draws. We ordered the same size vanity with draws on the same side. The Sales person, never asked me or my husband were the pipes were in the wall. When we called with Kitchen cabinet outlet with our problem. the sales person was extremely rude placed the blamed on us, I admit this was the first time I did a bathroom over in my house. So I never thought, to look at pipes, we just measured the vanity for size My installer noticed we had a crack in our drawer. Again we called Kitchen cabinet outlet. The salesperson with an attitude said, “how did that happen?” basically we felt she was accusing us of cracking the drawer. She said, she would order a new one for us. Still waiting it’s been two weeks and no new draw. My contractor went to put the new faucet in. we ordered from kitchen cabinet outlet the same sales person we’ve been dealing with to tell her, they cut the hole for the faucet to close the sink, so we are unable to tighten the faucet on, because the sink is in the way. My contractor decided to call, the same sales person wanted to see pictures of yet another problem so he did. She calls him back and proceeds to say, she tried it herself and had no problem! So he said, “what exactly did you try?” so they had some words and finally he said, that the stuff was crap they sell. And she hung up on him. My husband tried calling her when he got home from work maybe 10 minutes later. No one answered the phone at the store. What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? His cell phone rings and it of course the sales person from hell! Saying “no one is at the store right now “really? How did you know I was calling? So she tells him, to run out to Home Depot or where ever to see if we can find another vanity and they would take the old back. And the screws to the knobs don’t fit! Again got the knobs at the kitchen cabinet outlet we picked them out and we bought the awful vanity. At the end of this. The manger called us, and said the only thing he could do if he had to is to deliver the vanity to us when it comes in and maybe give us...

He listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me products to meet my needs. Using the measurements I gave him he designed a beautiful kitchen! He even gave me a computer print out of the design . This helped me greatly in being able to visuaize what my kitchen would look like. He showed me features to enhance the layout and efficiency. He did such a beautiful job making the most of the space I had and leaving no detail out. The quality of the cabinets was superb. He showed me a line of frameless high quality cabinets that worked perfect in my space. I could not have made it though the daunting process of a kitchen remodel without him . I am beyond pleased with the service I received at KCO. They also had so many choices of quality countertops to choose from. The store is well laid out and up to date with many displays of cabinets, vanities and counter tops. I would 100% recommended purchasing products from them. All the staff is great but I especially had a wonderful experience with Larry Boccuzzio who is a skilled designer and pleasure...
