First I’ll say The Coffee is Fantastic!
The rest I say as a note to the owner: You need to desperately make some changes to your vibe and experience on the inside and improve community marketing. We live in southlake across the street and we’re not even aware of this place or hardly think of it. The previous coffee place this was before probably faced the same issue. It’s a little inconvenient to drop in for a coffee. You can’t compete with the quick coffee grab so you need to differentiate in some other way. If you’re not a take out place you need to make the vibe much more appealing inside. It’s too bland. Choose a theme and go in hard on it. Give it some strong coffee house vibes. Make it unique. Make it so younger people want take pics of the coffee and location while hanging out. Get some proper signs and lighting around the counter to give better ideas on coffee choices. Even create a loyalty punch card system- something to drive repeat customers. Music volume and quality needs improvement. It’s just too sterile and quiet inside to promote you to hangout. Read moreNewly opened coffee shop and immediately one of our favorites in the area. Really high quality beans and espresso along with delicious house drinks. The cortado was excellent (always a good sign when it comes with a glass of sparkling water) and the Honey Latte and Chai Latte were both really well balanced and not too sweet. The Chai Latte was also an interestingly different spice mix than we're used to - the owners are Nepalese and many of their seasonal tea drinks are Nepalese or Nepalese influenced.
Pastries are all from local bakeries. There's a sizable selection and the Berry Danish we tried was very good. The space is large and very comfortable and calm, I think equally good for hanging out with friends or for doing work. The co-owners are super friendly and open, and they're passionate both about their coffee and about the hospitality and community aspects of a coffee shop.

Read moreI want to share my consistently positive experience at 33 Peaks. I visit two or three times a week for coffee while I work, and it's always excellent.
The staff truly makes this place special. The owners are actively involved and very friendly, and the baristas always greet you with a warm smile, seeming genuinely happy to be there.
The coffee is wonderful; I particularly enjoy the 33 Peaks Honey Latte and the Cortado, which is served with sparkling water. If you're looking for something to eat, I highly recommend their sourdough toast topped with high-quality olive oil and everything bagel seasoning, served with two or three soft-boiled eggs. It's truly delicious!
I highly recommend giving 33 Peaks a...
