I had a very terrible experience… First thing, I never been to this Burger King before. But yet this was Burger King, number 13 815 in Southlake and it was January 5 close to 1 PM So I go into this location with three other coworkers of mine. Two of them ordered already and then there was two of us left that needed to order. I Had a question about a chicken sandwich (#8 to be exact) my question was what type of sauce was on the sandwich.? The gentleman that was taking my order, was putting something different into the register like no tomatoes then asked me if I wanted mayo I was confused because I was asking a question of what type of sauce is on the chicken? So I asked again, He then put add mayo on the order instead of responding to my question. It then became clear to me that he could not understand what I was asking because he did not speak, or understand very well, English. Therefore, the manager on duty I believe she was a manager switched him to the drive-through and it took her another 10 minutes to come take the rest of our group order. So I asked her the same question and she responded. Well, needless to say, she took my order but by the time I receive my order, I noticed I had a small drink and a small fry. Given that the menu and small writing states, it comes in small drink and small fry did not know that NOR did she offer if I wanted to upsize it Anyway, I did ask and request for it to be upsize and on the menu stated $.80 to be upsize to medium She then tells me I owe $2.59 for it to be upsized to medium This confused me because I did not understand how she got that amount then she proclaimed that that was taxes included and that the drink and fries are separate to upsize them. This is very contradicting for the simple fact it only had a general upsize price and not stating it is for the drinks separate from the fries. And even so $.80 times two is $1.60 so she was charging me nearly a whole dollar for tax on $1.60 which makes no sense to me either. Meantime, while I’m trying to understand the price, she begin to reject conversation with me and told me she had a customer waiting as if I was not a customer trying to be assisted or understand the amount. Therefore, she began to ignore me and not resolve the issue and continue on assisting the other customer as if I was nobody. With all honesty, I feel like I was treated very disrespectful.. especially while we waited to be served for nearly over 10 minutes in between our coworkers orders. The matter with handle very unprofessional. And caused us to be late going back to work. I feel like this is one Burger King I would never recommend anybody going to, nor will. I be willing to go back considering the disrespect from...
Read moreI wanted to let you guys know that my order arrived bad/incorrect. I ordered it through Door Dash. I've never had a problem at your location before, not in person, but today, someone burnt my sandwich to the point that I couldn't eat it, and instead of redoing it, they put it in a bag and sent it to me anyway. I also received a regular Coke when I ordered diet (because I am diabetic). I'm also sick as a dog with bronchitis today. I tried to call you guys to let you know what happened, but no one ever answered the phone. Door Dash offered $15 in "credits", which actually means I had to pay $15 more dollars for my $30 replacement order. I spent a total of $45 today on my lunch that would have only been $10ish, were I well enough to have picked it up myself. Normally, I wouldn't be mad about something like this, accidents happen, people are human, I tried to eat it. But it was beyond burnt on the bottom- I think they had to know (?) it would have smelled and been smoking. O. Top of all that, there was something wrong with the tomato and lettuce. It was like they had been sitting out for too long. Unless you guys were just REALLY busy today? If you would please review with your staff what happens to the recipient via Door Dash so that they can be more mindful in the future, I would appreciate it. This felt like there were no supervisors on staff today. It felt like people were horsing...
Read moreWorse service ever from a fast food restaraunt. I have came in two prior times to today. Both times I have come in, I have ordered an iced mocha coffee. Each time I received it, it was pure chocolate and tasted horrible. I have asked the manager to remake the drink both times.
Well today, I went in with my husband and he specifically asked the manager to ensure it was not all chocolate this time. She then proceeded to tell my husband it is premade the night before and she CANNOT fix it which I know is bull because I have worked at Burger King before.
He proceeded to tell her to make sure it is not all chocolate and she continued to argue with him saying she will not make a fresh drink and that it's premade, basically being lazy about making a fresh drink.
It's no wonder why all the times I have come in, there's zero customers inside or drive thru but right next door at McDonald's, it's hopping all around the corner and into the street.
When I asked for the managers name, they claimed it was "Lisa" with big smirks on their faces and anyone intelligent can tell they were lying.
Believe me, I contacted corporate, their DM, and the higher level management because I have never heard of a place NOT being able to serve a freshly made drink at a customers request.
Stay far, far away...
