Ordered the super greens and all I could taste was sodium after I got past the new and old broccoli was mixed together. You could tell the old broccoli from the new broccoli and it's kind of gross when the old broccoli is dark green and brown and the new broccoli is a light green. I couldn't eat even one piece and ended up throwing away this portion. Sad to say this is the first bad experience of Southlake restaurants.
I understand you can't help it but it's weird a panda Express with no drive through. Strange we had to walk inside and then the inside was dated and was almost in your face. Feeling open while not sacrificing decor/environment is usually pretty simple for Panda Express but here was just.... Off. However doesn't go into my ratings assessment. You're a business. Just fix your foods salt level. Remind your chefs to taste the dishes before they come out. You can't fix a dish if you don't know anything is wrong with it.
UPDATE: Nothing good has changed. They renovated the inside so it feels modern. However.... When I go at 2pm or even noon most days, you have next to nothing but one dish. I walked in and started ordering only to see that y'all have only one or two dishes that are not covered in a gelatin film or just dishes that were available. I walked in and only one dish was able to be purchased and was notified of the three dishes I asked for when they would be ready, I was told you wouldn't be making anymore today. Like what are you even doing?
I walked out without even buying anything. I don't care if you already put the rice and greens in the box. No money for you. Fire your manager and get more people who know how to cook. I'm submitting a report to corporate. Good...
Read moreDisappointed with the food from the Southlake Panda Express location off of N Kimball Ave on July 1st. This location opens up at 9:30 a.m., we placed our order at 9:34 a.m., and a pickup time of 10:00 a.m. When arriving to pick up the food there was another customer that was complaining about their order. I stood there while the manager said let me contact somebody on the phone and the other two people possibly cooking just watched. Once the complaining customer left, female employee asked what I needed. I said I had a online order to pick up. The female employee said wait a second. Then she found a ticket order and started processing our food order. This should have been done already for pickup at the time listed. The other complaint is with the chow mein stating it has celery, onions, and cabbage. None of these were detected eating the noodles by themselves. I have not reached out to their corporate, but I hope somebody sees this to make corrections. At this point, I would not recommend this place, and or use the buy one get one free...
Read moreI have been going there for years. Ill never go back. I walked in and ordered a Panda Feast. The cashier even commented on the fact I was ordering a Panda Feast . They brought out the bag, I filled my drink, dropped the receipt in their trash can and went home. I arrived at home to see they gave me a singe serving. I drove back, waited in line and amicable explained the situation. They asked if I had my receipt. I had been there not 20 minutes prior but explained the receipt was in the trash can. They said without a receipt there was nothing they could do. I'm thinking how is that even an answer. How about checking my debit card to see what I ordered? Or how about just saying hey, we see you here almost every week, we are pretty sure you aren't trying to scam us, lets just make this right. But instead they said sorry nothing we can do about it. They didn't even offer to make another one and charge me for it, (which by the way I would have paid for with no argument). Its not about the mistake, its about how the...
