LOVE these salad in a sandwiches! I eat there at least once a week. My last 2 visits however have been pretty lackluster on the customer service side. With only one customer in front of me, even after they were done making that food, it took FOREVER for them to make mine. The girl making it was too into laughing and talking with her friends behind the counter to bother. And every single employee acts as if they could give a rats behind if you are there. I did call the manager after I left to complain, and she was very apologetic, but apparently no real improvements were made. On my 2nd visit in a week I walked in and stood there, and stood there, and stood there. No customers except a couple eating already, 2 employees on the floor, one behind the counter, the other cleaning tables, and neither addressed me in any kind of way. No hello, no someone will be right with you, nothing. The manager then came out and made a sandwich for someone in the back before saying anything to me. I mean, the sandwiches are THAT good (although a bit pricey) that I will likely return, but they really need some customer service training. A simple acknowledgment would go a long way.
Oh, and the program they have to collect points for free sandwiches? Forget it! You have to use the same credit card each time or it does not register, they can't even include when you pay...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt speak for the quality of the food because Iāve never tried it. This review is specifically for 3rd party delivery apps such as Uber eats and DoorDash. Iāve been delivering orders from this location for a little over a year now. 9/10 times I get into the restaurant after driving on average a couple miles to pickup the order, I find that the order hasnāt even been started by the staff. They are always very friendly but thatās aside from the point. As a delivery driver I represent the customer and the orders shouldnāt be skipped to accommodate guest ordering in person. At the bare minimun the restaurant receives the order request at the same time I do. It isnāt right for guests using delivery apps who pay an inflated menu price, delivery fee and tip on the app to have their order pushed aside. The orders should be made in the order they are received. Every single driver I have spoke with always puts bread zeppelin in southlake at one of the worst places for pickups because of the excessive wait times even when they arenāt busy. Again this has nothing to do with any specific employee. They are always nice. But the stores procedure...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. The first time I tried it was about a month ago and I did an online pick up order. When I got our salads home I discovered I had paid over $30 for literally just lettuce and dressing. They didnāt put any of the toppings or protein at all. The bread was delicious, I will give them that. Anyway I called and the kid who answered was like yea I canāt help you youāll have to call back when a manager is working. I donāt have time to track down a manager so I just let it go. Tonight we decided to try it again since the bread was so good but went to order it in person so that hopefully it wouldnāt be just lettuce. It was still 95% lettuce. They straight up didnāt give me the chicken but charged me for it. The croutons were stale. The ranch tasted rancid. My salad was so gross I didnāt eat it. Again, another $30 down the drain. Iām not even going to waste my time complaining to them because Iād rather just come on here and tell everyone in southlake that they should go to Salata instead of this...
