Pacific Table Southlake offered an exceptional dining experience with its modern, elegant and welcoming atmosphere for our Company Holiday private event.
General Manager, Thomas Nellen & Director of Events, Sara Schuster both were outstanding in their roles. The communication was consistent and helpful suggestions accommodated specific requests. Their attentiveness and professionalism were reflected in their entire team, ensuring this private event a great success. From the host/hostess, waitstaff to bartenders, they handled operations tremendously well.
We were about a 115+ group of people, and the service was seamless. The food was amazing and was delivered from the kitchen like a well oiled machine! Our custom menu featured: filet mignon, cedar plank salmon, roasted chicken, shrimp & grits, and veggie risotto, with desserts of Crème Brûlée and Chocolate pot de Crème. The food was high quality, presentation was sophisticated. What was very impressive was the fact that food came out quickly and accurately with the number of guests.
Beverage menu was customizable, clearly presented, and had elegant presentation.
Whether you're there for a casual dining experience or special occasion, their team can handle it all. Great quality food, impeccable service, a relaxing, yet elegant atmosphere made this night very memorable for our team.

Read moreMy wife and have been to Pacific Table now four times this year with yesterday Saturday August 2nd being the most recent. This review is to convey how great two of their staff performed. First, our server Taylor was fantastic. He has a great disposition for service work and that was on display. He knew the menu inside and out including the specials and prices for items that are AQ. He is a standard by which servers should emulate.
Separately, the way I was seated allowed me to witness one of their hosts by the name of Ashlynn do a little extra thing that customers like my wife and I appreciate. After a large party had departed a corner table and one of the staff had wiped the table, upon her coming to place silverware she noticed her colleague had swiped crumbs onto the booth seats. She got into the booth at one side scooting around wiping the entirety until it met her standard. This is uncommon for someone so young but obviously she takes her job seriously, which is a testament to who she is as a person but also how the staff is well trained.
These fine employees as they should know that some people do watch and greatly appreciate their efforts.

Requested the potatoes and toast be put on a separate plate as I’m diabetic and can not eat them. But someone at my table would. When my plate arrived the there were potatoes all over it. The waitress served it with the a simple “oh they gave you potatoes on the plate anyway”. Ok, so now let me take the prime rib and set it on my little side plate and proceed to pick all the potato chunks out of the potato bell pepper mix so I can eat. Requested the prime rib medium rare, was served so rare could only eat a portion of it. The side broccolini had burned garlic and a ton of salt. All in all not worth the money. My biggest concern is not preparing the plate as requested. For the kitchen staff, completely understand you get a lot of requests off menu, many times there are health reasons and should always be followed.
