This was our 1st time going and The experience was not good. Customer service was actually bad. We went to order, there was no line, yet we stood there while two employees talked. The made eye contact with me three times but kept talking. I finally asked/said “we are ready when you are”... one lady said sorry I am training her. I said ok. And we continue to wait. Finally the girl said ok how I can help you, stated we had never been there before but she said well I am new... so I ordered all the food and drinks- then she asked do you want cheese.... and I said on what? She said on the burger and I said which one (I had ordered 4) she said a burger and I said that one has cheese. She okay this one... anyways you get the idea. Then we did the same game with the bacon. No joke. I paid for food. We sat down and waited for our food. Food came up, I picked it up, took to table. We had ordered fries to share so I went back to get some plates and some lettuce and tomatoes.. the quality assurance lady just kept ignoring me. She spoke with another employee that came up After I did and then turned her back on me again. I finally just spoke up and said “hi can I get lettuce and tomato”....she said yes and I still waited another few min. Really after that the food was just ok. For the money I spent I can think of three other good places with but the excellent service makes the experience great which makes the food taste GREAT. I feel like after our experience, it didn’t matter what the food tasted like. Honestly they were just burgers like in and out. But with...

If you thought Southlake didn’t need another hamburger restaurant...you were WRONG! Danny Meyer and the team from Union Square brought a Shake Shack to Dallas a few years ago and it kept me from having to commute to NYC for the Shackburger, bacon cheese fries and salted caramel shake. Now it’s even closer! Tucked in between Trader Joe’s and the Gingerman, parking can be tricky but if you are going for a burger and cheese fries then a few extra steps is probably a good thing! The burgers are pricey and a little on the small side but are fresh and delicious. You are buying quality ingredients and in all fairness do you really need a burger as big as your head?! The bacon cheese fries are a shareable delicacy and the hand spun shakes are the real deal. We have been a few times and the team is really working to make this place a hit. The store manager, Shannon is awesome. She makes you feel like a regular and had our names down on the second visit. Some of the reviews are really complaining about the seating and parking...it’s a NY based restaurant and gives you that feel...have you been to NYC...this place is actually wide open and spacious in comparison. You will have to search for a parking spot and wait for a table but it’s worth it. Construction is almost done and with warmer weather the patio will be perfect. Make Shake Shack a regular spot on your casual...

At our corporate, we have made it a habit to always grab a quick bite to eat at this location before catching a flight out of DFW. This time it was different, my family was flying and kids were screaming to get a hot dog before departure. (06/28/2025)

Place was extremely busy, we got our food and burgers tasted exceptional like they always do. Wife was in a rush to get out quick and head for our international flight. Not that she hasn’t done it before but she left behind her Chanel purse, 4 passports and other “valuables” everyone got to have when flying overseas.

15 minutes later as we are unloading luggages, she almost had a heart attack and realized the bad position we had put ourselves into. We quickly called Shake Shack to find out that the manager had found the bag and put it in a secure location.

We live in difficult times and stories like this have to be shared and recognized. Not only is their staff ethical and caring but so is the community around them. Their actions speak volumes and I will make sure I will share this story with the headquarters in New York.

Thank you Shake Shack for feeding us before our flight and watching our back when we were negligent and rushing. You made sure our little kiddos were able to get to their destination that otherwise they would have been...

This was our first time and it's overpriced for what you get. We both got burgers and shakes and split a fry. The buns are not a full size bun -almost slider-ish. The patty was thin and was a bit bigger than the bun. I got the burger with lettuce, tomato and pickle. There was way too much mayo and hardly any lettuce. The mayo overpowered the burger so I didn't care for it. The fries we ok. I got the strawberry shake and it tasted like Nestle Strawberry Nesquick, my boyfriend got the Chocolate shake and it was good but they did not fill the cup, it was a good inch short. On the menu the shakes are shown with whipped cream but neither came with it. Might just be for the "featured shakes" but not sure. The service was friendly and quick but for $30 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 shakes it's a bit pricey so I doubt we'll be back.

Is shake shack good? Yes. Delicious. Is the price absurd? Yes. Absolutely. Would I return because the quality of the food exceeds expectations? Yes. As someone that works in customer service I would encourage you to have someone more upbeat or at least looks like they want to be there at the front taking your order. With the prices of the items on the menu I’d assume workers are getting paid fairly and “tips” shouldn’t be solicited. As far as the burger goes… I think the layer of shack sauce was thicker than the patty itself. The lettuce was soggy and the excess sauce made the buns soggy too. Maybe I’m picky? Or maybe $17 for a single patty burger, fries and drink is just a little too much when the majority of the burger was bread and sauce. I’d love to leave a better review but I expected better for the price.
