James Avery Artisan Jewelry — Local services in Southlake

I first visited this location in May. Despite being one of only two customers in the store with at least 5 employees, nobody asked if I needed assistance. After standing at the counter for close to 10 minutes, I finally caught the attention of an associate. I purchased a set of earrings and left. Unfortunately, the earrings were not the color we needed so I returned them this week. The manager told me that the earring backs on the item I was returning were not made by James Avery and she could not process the return. After several minutes of arguing that this was indeed the complete item I purchased from them, I asked her to verify the earring backs I was returning against the backs on a similar item in their stock. I went to this James Avery last week and the customer service was not what I expected to receive. The lady who helped me was a moody brunette with glasses. She was rude and had no customer service voice. I asked her if I could leave my rings to be polished as she printed the receipt and she stated that she had just finished ringing me out it with a negative attitude. Afterwards, she questioned whether one of the rings was even theirs even after I had just told her that it was. She stated that it wasn't one of their rings making it seem like I was a liar or something and asked her coworkers about the ring whom clearly stated the name of the wedding band. We have been here twice to the Southlake location, once to purchase a couple items and once for a repair on a cross necklace that my daughter had for several years. She was a little hard on the necklace and wore it almost every day. We have been very please with service on both occasions we visited the Southlake location and staff is always helpful. I find James Avery Jewelry to be very good quality jewelry for the price and it is our go to Jewelry for my college age daughter. In the past she had some items from Pandora and Kendra Scott, but those items never held up and tarnished. Her James Avery Jewelry has always held up and we have never had the pieces we purchased tarnish like other stores. Very good value...
