Jason's Deli - Express Deli — Restaurant in Southside Place

went in store hungover to pick up a bbq potato order i called in. they messed up the order (made a regular one). honest mistake, NBD, and i offered to pay more. the cashier was super nice and friendly, but some lady cook was pretty irate and proceeded to lecture me about what i ordered when i didnt even speak to her on the phone. kinda weird and unnecessary. just throw some meat on it and call it a day, ya know? i dont seem to recall ordering a side of "sass mouth"... but everyone else was cool and they resolved...

6/21 Second time ordering online (first time was thru doordash), picked it up myself since I was on my way. Order was prepared on time. When I got home, I was disgusted to find a hair under the lid of my chicken pot pie soup. The strawberries in the fruit cups had molds. Didn't eat both. Very disappointed and will never order from this store again.

Deleted my review yesterday because I didn't want to ruin this store's reputation or get someone fired. I just hope food quality and safety...

absolutely amazing experience tonight. the manager at the register went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for my friend and I. if the guy at the front is not a manager yet, promote him to GM! Very pleased with the food and the hospitality. Guy in the back was doing a great job as well.
