Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Southside Place

If I could give this store negative 3 stars I would. Please do not waste your time and money here. My experience was the worst ever!!!!!!

I went in this location to get a $10 gift card and leave. I parked right in front and even left my phone in the car. I walked in and was informed by a manager named Aurona that he is not fimilar with working with gift cards. At first I was sympathic and was patient. He stated that he called his boss and the guy on the phone walked him through the process of a gift card pruchase. Well I was handed the gift card and was not given the opportunity to swipe my card for payment. I asked Aurona how am I supposed to pay, he stated "cash". I said "well I wish you would have told me that before because I do not have cash". At this point I have been in the store for 20 minutes. He then calls the guy back and ask him what he needs to do,so another 10 minutes goes by and I'm just standing there. I asked Aurona for his managers contact information. He ignored me!!!!!!! I asked if his manager had a phone number,he said "yes". I still had the gift card in my hand,at this point I have been in the store for 30 minutes (over a $10 gift card). I told Aurona I was going to car to get my phone and I'll be back (remember I parked right in front. This man jumped over the counter and followed me to me car! I looked up from getting my phone and there he was. I was so offended. I walked back in the store and asked repeatly for the managers contact information, Aurona yelled at me multiple times saying "GIVE ME THE CARD AND ILL GIVE YOU THE NUMBER", yes I yelled back. I informed him that I am keeping the gift card as I have been in here 40 minutes and I need the contact information. He finally called him manager and gave me the phone (yup, still never got the contact info) and I as I was informing the manager about what happened,Aurona was laughing at me. LAUGHING. I was late for work dealing with this nonsense. Now mind you I don't even know if I wa Le even really speaking to a manager, but the guy on the phone asked if he could mail me a gift card. Mail me a gift card? After being at this dump for 40 minutes over a $10 gift card because this "manager" does not know what he is doing. The "guy" on the phone said I could have the $10 gift of no charge after I said he could not mail me one. I pray that someone higher up reads this and pulls the camera's. I am disgusted. My pizza was first ordered at 6pm on a Friday night and after no update for an hour and half i got in contact with the store again and was informed my pizza was sent to the wrong address. While this wasn't that big of a problem it was only the beginning. They informed me that they would be sending me a new pizza so I figured ok thats no so bad. Or so i thought. After another hour of no pizza and no updates I tried to re call the store but very conveniently there was no one to answer. After then calling others pizza huts in the area for about 30 minutes in an attempt to find something about the status about my M.I.A pizza I still had no luck and the Bellaire store was still not answering. So after talking to a very helpful employee at the Stella Link store I was finally given a customer support number. After explaining my situation to the customer support employee a new pizza was finally on the way 3 and a half hours later. I am never again ordering from the pizza hut and I highly recommend you...

I have been working in Houston for the last 3 months. So occasionally we like to just order some food and have it delivered since we are not from here. We have ordered 4 times from this place and the last 2 times they have messed up our order by leaving things back at the restaurant. So we call to get it straightened out and all they do is tell you if you want you can come and pick it up even though the food was delivered. Like whats the point of "delivery" if they are not going to fix their mistake and bring you what you paid for. So if you don't do that they tell you that you can get a credit but they don't offer you a refund. Even their own delivery driver confirmed that they left it out and all he could say was that the food was already packed for delivery. This has been horrible service and I will not recommend anyone getting their food delivered. They are probably keeping the items left behind and taking home at the end of the day. Poor...
