Normally go to this place all the time. In the past few months, service and product has been horrible. Only giving one star cause I have to. Today I thought I’d give it another try because a couple weeks ago it was a disaster w the order, nothing right, had to have it redone but the lady at the window was nice. Today however, it seemed like a lot of teenagers runnin the place. I had to almost scream my order on the microphone because he kept stating he couldn’t hear me. Odd because it was quiet and no noise in my end. I get to the window. And then it explained it. The minute he opened the window, it sounded like the staff were laughing joking talking loud and not paying any attention to their jobs. In fact I could see one girl with roses walking around the food workers showing them off to her co workers which isn’t really sanitary being around the food like that. When I asked the guy at the window if that was why he couldn’t hear me, he said yes.
Unfortunately I should have asked for my order to be repeated, because EVERYTHING was wrong. The sad thing it was only three items. Really they couldn’t get three items right?! Beef n cheddar. No cheddar cheese at all!!!
Roast beef Gyro with no sauce! Filled with sauce, to the point the lettuce was drinched and soggy, no tomatoes or onions and also had a seasoning dumped in it. Couldn’t even eat it cause it made the pita bread soggy in a matter of a 10 minute drive before it was opened.
I called 6 times. No answer!! Guess they are still playing around?
If I didn’t have an event to get to I would have gone back. Instead I just won’t go back period.

Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Let's start with the first statement. It is a restaurant, yes, but not fast by any means. We ordered in drive thru and waited a long time. Large fish strips combo. Roast beef sandwich Large lemonade Caramel cookie The order taker was not polite When we picked up the order, the fish strips were missing, the roast beef sandwich was cold. The large lemonade seemed to be very small so I asked, the snarky order taker if the lemonade was really a large, she smirked and said yes. We paid and decided to eat in the car. The fish strips were missing, my cookie became peanut butter. We went around and told the person about the fish strips and the sandwich. We got both. Had to go back a third time, because the fish strips were cold. And they had to cook it again. As we were waiting, I asked the employee whether my drink was a large. She said, No, and proceeded to get a large drink. I never did the caramel cookie, she said they had run out. The cookie was horrible. Now, you ask, is this end of this story? Nope, it gets better. I went home and called. I supposedly talked to the shift manager. After I told her everything that happened, I stated I wanted to talk to the store manager. After which she told me the store manager was going to be at different stores and would not be able to respond in a timely manner. I asked the name. This really happened. She said, Hello,.hello are you there? So after I asked the name of the manager, all of a sudden, the phone doesn't work? Really? I may have to start going to anywhere...
Read moreI just CANNOT believe the lack of "Customer Service" in employees in Customer Service positions. Let me start off by saying I love Arby's! I truly believe that their curly fries are second to none! And their Jamocha Shakes are to die for! But at this location, the employees are so incredibly lazy! In all complete honesty, it blows my mind to bits knowing how lazy and unprofessional these workers are! There are definitely more days than not that they don't want to have to make milkshakes, smoothies or anything of the sort. 'im sorry, our machine isn't working'. Trust me.. it's working totally fine. They just don't want to have to clean it at the end of their shift. So.. even though they offer it to all customers that come through the drive thru, they will more often than not tell you a blatant lie. I wish the owner of this location knew that his employees and managers were denying him/her/them money and repeat customers. I can bet, whoever it is, they would be quite unhappy with the people that they chose and had faith in to run their company. And they are just completely rude about the whole thing! Man oh man!
