I don't like long reviews but this needs to be said in a forum like this to help people decide which location need more attention to details. So we arrived at 11:30 a.m. with one car in the drive thru ahead of us. We ordered 2 McDoubles, 2 Cheeseburgers a large Fry and a 10 piece Mcnugget. The car in front of us was pulled forward into waiting spot #1 after receiving there drinks. We were then also told to pull forward into spot #2 after arriving at the second window. We waited 3 to 4 minutes while they dropped off the food for the #1 spot. Then they brought our food out and the person delivering it to us spontaneously stated that he put, " A couple extra dipping sauces in there for use and to have a nice day" The only problem with that is when we looked through the two bags that we were give, "THERE WERE NO MCNUGGETS!" (but plenty of sauce) Meanwhile they pulled a truck into spot #1 which was so close to us that I had to back out of the spot and parked on the curb behind the back of the store in order to let my wife out and go in to retrieve the Mcnuggets that we ordered and paid for! In the time it took her to go in and come out they managed to immediately pulled another car into #2 spot and a 3rd car came right after and was waiting for me to move off the curb so they could park and wait for there food. They gave NO explanation of why they couldn't double check an order before sending it out to customers who obviously use the Drive Thru because they don't have time to go in. Bottom line, as hard as the try to get it right and follow procedures that are designed and in place to prevent this from happening, their just "Human" and should at least admit when they screw up and either apologize or offer an explanation of what happened. My advice is to put your car in park at the window and look thru everything before driving away or have the person bring your food out stay while you look. Both of these I HATE to do because I am usually in a hurry and expect people to take pride in what they do. Please try harder because the...
Read moreService has been reliably subpar here for a while, but the past couple weeks have been the worst I've ever seen.
A lot of people with nowhere to go hangout in the parking lot some in vehicles some not. Some of the people that work here assume the worst of everyone. People that are paid to do a job should do it with grace and kindness, not judging, trialling and convicting. Walk in someone else's shoes, it's eye opening. The food speaks for itself, that is how this restaurant stays busy. Their prices are generally higher than other McDonalds.
This place never lets me down when it comes to delivering poor customer service. I ordered 1 thing, 1 simple thing, I ordered it while I was still 10 mins away. I indicated in the app that I was already at the restaurant while I was still 10 mins away so it would be ready when I arrived . I've been here already 10 mins not one person has spoken to me at all, not a hello, not a have you been helped yet, nothing. I see a few people walking around joking , laughing and having a great day at work which is great, but not in my time. They are being paid to do a job they should be doing that job and if capable talking at the same time. Now I'm not trying to be an ass and they were pretty steady , one lady even came in for an order that was feeding her whole family and the order was quite large. But then a charming, sweet female , maybe early to mid 20's dark hair with very nice skin and teeth and the voice of an angel, she finally asked me if I had been helped ..I told her no and that I ordered a double quarter pounder , she replied 'mobile order?' I nodded and she came back in 1/2 a second with my already prepared order , handed it to me and apologized for the wait .. she did what no one else did, asked a fact finding questions, assessed my situation and resolved my concern just....like ...that...
