Two Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

Great pizza & food. It's been awhile since I've actually went there to eat inside. Usually we get it delivered. Went there last week in the evening and I couldn't believe how cold it was inside. It was hard waiting for the food to come and then trying to eat it in the cold. We should have taken it to go. When we left, it would have been the same as if we would have eaten it outside, I couldn't believe that they let it get so cold inside and let their customer's freeze. They should have put a sign on the front door, winter attire is recommended once the sun goes down. I talked to one of the girls there working while we were waiting for our food why it was so cold, she acted like she could careless about us being uncomfortable. She said they leave the back door open and it blows all the cold outside air in. I asked her if Jack was OK with this, and if they could close it, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I won't be eating inside anymore unless it's summer, but then maybe they won't have any A/C. The inside of their building could use some maintenance, it really looks like it's coming apart. I would say 5 stars on the pizza, 2-3 stars for customer service (these younger kids you have working for you, you really need to train them wait customer service is) and 3 stars for restaurant appearance and comfort level. I hope they can get something fixed, otherwise we'll stick...

Ok, Food wise they are amazing 5 out of 5 stars for their pizza and breadsticks, their pricing is pretty good too! However, their service is where they need to improve. #1, the majority of the time you call in you get a busy signal, when you finally do get through the person you talk to without fail seems to be the the first time they have ever taken an order. 3 separate times I have called in and they say they can’t hear me, or can barely hear me, twice they have hung up on me the other time it magically fixed itself somehow. I’m pretty sure it’s their phone system as I have heard the issue from other people. Also, I know teenagers are working there, but most of the time I get such attitude and rudeness from the workers it just frustrates me. They seem like they are annoyed I’m ordering food there. I would love to give this place 5 stars, they make a great pizza, it’s our favorite by far, it’s just so frustrating to get your order in the majority of the time (and then the attitude) I have to rate the whole experience. Fix that service and your phones and a little less attitude and I will gladly...

2- Jack's Pizza is... Let me just say this first. Two Jacks Pizza. is ..nothin .AWESOMENESS, AMAZING, BRILLIANT, DELICIOUS, FROM A -Z, And like 1,-2 '3.... Hands down the best pizza I 🍕 have ever eaten. EVER... The staff was very friendly, service oriented, fun, and⁸ accommodating. The cafe was decorated very simply, just the right amount of wall art so you can enjoy your pizzas without distractions. From the baker to the manager to bell hop/ bus boy young fella, all just perfect..I could not ask for for any improvement I give it perfect score 10 plus 5- star. We dined in Price is definitely very Very good. No sticker shock. The fountain drinks were also perfect, just the right amount of syrup and CO. It's so yummy, I'm ready to head back for more Doyle, the bro in law who ordered, payed ect & so forth, knew we would be hankering for more, so he purchased an additional Pizay to split and take home Thank you Doyle Thank you - 2 Jacks Pizza, Now enough of me yappin Make yourself jump in your car and an go get PIZZA from 2 Jacks Pizza...
