ABC — Local services in Spanish Fort

The absolute rudest service that I have ever received! I walked in to make a purchase and I missed the sign saying that I needed to stay at the door. When I was asked to go by to the door, I apologized and started walking back. The lady who demanded that I go back said, "you ain't sorry!" I asked her to repeat herself and she did. I will not be back to that store for anything in the future. Also that kind of behavior towards a customer would be unforgivable in any other environment. I will happily pay extra and or go out of my way not to shop here again at anytime...

I have brought wine in from out of state for many years. In 2014, I moved to Spanish Fort and brought wine into this state store. I was amazed. The manager told me to pull my car up to the back of the store (where the big trucks off load into the store) and she helped me load 11 cases of wine from the rear of the store into my car, about 10 feet of carrying each case.
