We took our toddler in today for her birthday build a bear experience. I called before driving there and spoke to a guy who confirmed we would pay the price of her age, which was 2. When we got there we let her pick out which one she wanted not knowing it was only the birthday bear that would be $2. After she chose the MerFrog and had it stuffed, we were informed that the $2 didn’t apply. Too late at that point! Ava was sweet enough to give a discount for the misinformation which I diligently gathered before arriving via phone call and Google. Ava was very interactive with my daughter and made the experience magical for her. I do believe there should be a mandatory speech verbally given to any parent taking their child there for the birthday deal before allowing their child to choose which animal they want and before stuffing it. Let me set the scene so I don't look absolutely crazy. I am 28 years old. I went in to buy a bear for a friend/employee of mine because I owed him one for a bet I lost. We are huge Mandalorian fans.
