My husband placed his order online this evening and selected the curbside option. Once arriving at the location, he parked in the very front and was able to visualize inside and even see the register. After waiting about 10 minutes he decided to go in and grab the pizza. The gentleman ahead of him placed his order and then the middle aged woman who had taken his order walked away and said for someone else to assist my husband. After him getting home and hearing about what happened I decided to call to see how the curbside ordering works and if we did something wrong. I asked to speak with the manager and wound up speaking with the owner unbeknown to me until towards the end of the conversation. I simply asked him if the curbside alerts them inside or if there is something else we need to do. He was quick to raise his voice stating that he himself came out 4 times with the pizza in hand and that he would gladly pull the cameras for us to see. I declined as that’s not necessary because my husband was parked in the very front. I reiterated that he was parked directly in front and looking inside after being told that customers from Stix use their parking spots. Read moreHonestly it all depends on who is working. When the owners worked there it was absolutely excellent . Now it is so hit or miss. The lady who works in there now had such a horrible attitude with my husband last wk . She refused to give him a military discount because we had a $10 reward. We had to spend $100 on pizza to earn that reward . We are in there at least once a wk but the quality has definitely gone down. We are considering finding another place to do business. Also this Marco's does not do free breadsticks like the others if you complete the survey. I think the owner should look into offering the same benefits as the other Marco's & pop up on the business to make sure the employees are making quality food & good...
