Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Spanish Fort

My husband placed his order online this evening and selected the curbside option. Once arriving at the location, he parked in the very front and was able to visualize inside and even see the register. After waiting about 10 minutes he decided to go in and grab the pizza. The gentleman ahead of him placed his order and then the middle aged woman who had taken his order walked away and said for someone else to assist my husband. After him getting home and hearing about what happened I decided to call to see how the curbside ordering works and if we did something wrong. I asked to speak with the manager and wound up speaking with the owner unbeknown to me until towards the end of the conversation. I simply asked him if the curbside alerts them inside or if there is something else we need to do. He was quick to raise his voice stating that he himself came out 4 times with the pizza in hand and that he would gladly pull the cameras for us to see. I declined as that’s not necessary because my husband was parked in the very front. I reiterated that he was parked directly in front and looking inside after being told that customers from Stix use their parking spots. All in all, we will no longer be patrons of this establishment and I wouldn’t suggest using...

The general manager needs anger management and he wonders why he loses half of his staff an one thing I can say is none of the employees wash there hands after touching the broom or using Cleaning supplies nor wash there hands after touch dough that has oil an every thing else on it when they are making dough or doing anything else for that matter they suppose to wash there hands but don't an gm is very unprofessional I my self whitenesd how he will just disrespect customers like the lady he looked at an told her to have a nice day that he wasn't making her pizza because she put in a defferd order an the morning manager never passed it along nor did she ever make it so yea as a customer I would be upset to but the gm Kyle is a discrase to that place an I feel sorry for who ever works there I also for got to add I don't know how many roaches I seen while I was there even pulled bug out of make line cheese smells really sour when you open it out of the bags witch new cheese just being opened should never smell like sour milk seen them use cheese with green...

Honestly it all depends on who is working. When the owners worked there it was absolutely excellent . Now it is so hit or miss. The lady who works in there now had such a horrible attitude with my husband last wk . She refused to give him a military discount because we had a $10 reward. We had to spend $100 on pizza to earn that reward . We are in there at least once a wk but the quality has definitely gone down. We are considering finding another place to do business. Also this Marco's does not do free breadsticks like the others if you complete the survey. I think the owner should look into offering the same benefits as the other Marco's & pop up on the business to make sure the employees are making quality food & good...
