I drove to Taco Bell expecting a quick stop, only to be told they were cash only, so I had to drive over to my bank next door to get cash before returning. When I got back, they told me they were out of several items — including the nacho cheese tacos I actually wanted. Honestly, it felt like they were hoping I’d just leave instead of ordering, but I don’t like most of the items they were out of anyway, so I went ahead and ordered cool ranch tacos. I made it very clear I wanted them plain, no lettuce, which is always how I get my food. When I got home, every taco had lettuce. My order was simple and straightforward — nothing complicated — so this should have been easy, but it wasn’t. It’s especially frustrating when you make a clear request not to have something in your tacos, only for them to put it in anyway. After all the hassle, it left me really annoyed.

Everything we ordered was made wrong. Beef Grande nachos... what a rip off. 1 tbs of guacamole, 1 tbs of normal tomatoes (should have been the Pico de gallo), a little bit of shredded cheese on top of a few chips. No sour cream???No where near $6 worth of food.... this was the amount of chips for a regular cheese and chip nacho. Cantina Burritos are not being made correctly at all. They did not have the correct sauces on them much less anything other than chicken on the Inside. And I ordered these to have extra Avocado ranch on it, you charged me for the extra, but didn't put any of it anywhere. And Avocado Verde is not the same thing. Epic disappointment. Someone needs to go teach these people how to make this stuff properly. The self ordering machine is missing the Cantina menue/ combo options.

I got the Nacho Fries Box, my sister got the Deluxe Nacho Fries Box, and my mom got the Mexican Pizza Box. My sister gave me half of her "spicy" burrito (it isn't spicy at all), and some nacho sauce. My Doritos Locos taco was good. The nacho fries were also good, and it makes me regret not trying nacho fries before today. The burrito I got was good, and the half I got from my sister was also good. And something must've changed since the last time I went to taco bell, because Mild and Hot sauce felt not spicy whatsoever. But yeah, the food was good, and I finally ate Diablo sauce for the first time since me and my brother ate a pack of Diablo sauce in one go when I was around 6 years old. If you need a quick bite to eat, this is the place for you.

Folks, I hate to have to leave a negative review for a business, especially one that I've been a customer of for 45 + years, but I must in this instance. On September 9, 2024 at around 2:30 pm cst, I went through the drive through at the Spanish Fort, AL location and ordered a Mexican Pizza combo and a stacker. The person on the speaker barely said anything to me- no proper greeting to make me feel like they even want me there, but hey, sadly this seems to be the norm these days at fast food restaurants in this area so I was willing to let that go. I order my food and pull up. The person at the window, possibly the same one that was on the speaker, again barely said anything. No hi, how are you or nice greeting. She just stated the amount, looked at me and waited for me to hand her the payment. Again, willing to let this go because I'm used to this kind of complete lack of interest in patronage. I get my food, and normally I've got a receipt in the bag. I didn't check, and that's on me; I should have. However I drive 15 minutes home, give my wife the stacker she wanted, and start to eat. First bite of the pizza and I immediately notice a chemical flavor in it, as well as appearing burned. I spit it out, and paused for a second to smell and look at what I just bought and bit into. Nothing out of the ordinary upon examination, so I boldly test another bite from the opposite side, and I get the same horrible chemical burn flavor. I spit that out and told my wife. She had just taken a bite of her stacker and gotten a similar chemical flavor. At that point we both were in fear we'd been poisoned. Not ones to overreact, we rinsed our mouths out, and now with no appetite, waited to see if either of us felt any symptoms of being poisoned. So far so good, so I go to call the location and I notice no receipt in the bag. Great. I look up their number and call several times, but no answer. I call taco bell corp. cutomer service and file a case with them. That took an hour of my life between being on hold, transfers, and then finally talking to them. I asked for, at the very least a refund. They apologize and say that someone will call me in up to 3 business days. First day goes by and thankfully neither of us got sick or showed any signs of being poisoned. That was a relief. After day 3 no one had called me. I called back, letting them know this and again having to go over all the details of what happened. They give the same emphatic promise, and the same result- I got no call back after 3 days. I called them 4 more times, for a total of 6 calls, totalling several hours of my time, and each time never getting a call back. It is now October 28, almost 2 months later, and I've not been refunded nor has anyone from taco bell contacted me, showing that they truly do not care about their customer's well- being or patronage. So, my warning to anyone reading this- eat there at your own risk! if you have an unpleasant experience at taco bell and think that taco bell corp cares about you, think again. Who the heck knows what they are doing in the kitchen and what we put in our mouths. Between the poor service, poor food quality, and a corporate entity that could give a crap about its customers, my taco bell days are over. If I could rates with 0 stars I would, because that's what they deserve. Thanks for showing me your true face, taco bell; my only hope at this point is that sharing this with other unsuspecting potential taco bell victims will spare someone the...

This is the worst managed Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. I never make bad reviews, but this place has a serious management issue. I have 5 kids and occasionally we want to grab some tacos after sports when we’re short on time. This location for Taco Bell is the most prime location and it’s an absolute awful experience every single time. I’ll start with multiple times I’ve arrived 20-30 minutes before closing and they’ll just completely ignore I’m even in the drive through. If you close at 10 you don’t take orders at 9:30? Multiple other times they’ll say things like. We’re no longer taking any orders because we ran out of beef or taco shells. It’s like, what? I’ve been to this Taco Bell probably 6 times while they’re still open and actually ordered once. That one time was tonight. And it was just as awful. A Hispanic woman (description for owner) was as rude as she could’ve been. I asked her name and she wouldn’t tell me. She literally closed the window on me. 😂 I was not allowed to add to my order, yet there was no one in line behind me. I was the only vehicle in line. I hadn’t had a Mexican pizza in years and forgot they brought it back to the menu occasionally and asked and she said I wasn’t allowed to add to order and to go get back in line. What? So you’re telling me that the owner wouldn’t want to make additional money? Especially with no one else in line? I wouldn’t waste your time going to this place. The owner needs to know that he’s losing thousands every day and all his management...

Highly, highly, highly disappointed with this Taco Bell!!!!. To start off, I came by around 620pm on a Sunday night. There was about 5 cars ahead of me. We waited almost an hour before we even got our food. An hour in line! We paid $40 for a nacho grande combo, a 12 pack party box and a grilled cheese burrito deluxe box. We get to the window and pay, we are than advised to follow the other 5 cars in line to the front door to get our food, were we wait agian. So we get to the door and advised to move up agian to the edge of the building. After finally getting our food, I advised the lady that I was missing food from our order, but she advised me that they ran out of food boxes and put all of our food in one single party pack box. I agian said mam it looks like I'm missing items. She said no it's there. Well what do you know, we get home and my wife's Grande nacho combo box was missing the taco it was suppost to come with and my grilled cheese burrito deluxe was missing half the food, including the Chalupa supreme and nacho cheese taco. So I paid $40 for what??. They seriously need some new management, because this is ridiculous..... i could of went to a nice sit down Mexican restaurant for cheaper and...
