My FIRST and LAST order from Belk!!!!!! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way to Management and Online Customer Service!! I ordered 2 bras trying to replace my expensive bras from Louisiana historical flood in Aug/2016. I have disabilities preventing me from finding the correct bra to fit comfortably due to Tourette Syndrome and back issues. After ordering 2 bras on sale totalling $84, I asked both online Customer Service Manager and Manager at Belk in Spanish Fort, AL to please waive shipping fees to expedite my reorder being I had to drive 1 hour to return the 2 bras for a credit. Both Store Manager and Online Manager refused to waive shipping fees to expedite my replacement order due to POLICY PROCEDURES. Policy procedures CAN BE WAIVED for customer satisfaction on SPECIAL EXCEPTION CIRCUMSTANCES. There was absolutely NO understanding in my situation to help me. I asked for higher Management and I was told there was no higher Management. Before speaking to online manager and store manager, online customer representative laughed at me when I requested higher Management and told me I would have to wait over 15 minutes for a manager as she put me on hold. A horrible woman named Paula works here and scolded my daughter for playing with me in between the clothes. No harm was being done. She was happy and asking me “to pick her out!” Of the clothes. The woman walks over (where I can’t see her) and says “get out of there right now”. My daughter was horrified and in tears to be spoken to like that. Again - she was doing absolutely NOTHING wrong.
