Came in today for lunch and placed a mobile order online for pick up. We get there and I'm not sure if the ladies name who helped us was Kimberly or Jaime since the two workers up front gave us two diffrent names when we asked. She didnt have a name tag on so we werent sure. We told her we ordered online and she rudely says we don't have an order for you. Then accuses me of ordering at a diffrent burger king. She then turns her back and says she has no order for me. She then starts bagging up an order and I thought it must be ours and there was a mistake. Then another worker comes out of the back(shorter girl,she had brown hair and glasses) she is always very nice and polite. She asks if I've been helped and I say I think that lady is helping us. She asks her coworker if she is bagging our order and she says I told her they have no order, she was completely ignoring us that whole time we thought she was making our order. The very nice girl prints out OUR ORDER and tells her we do have an order and we are here (obviously). They then start making it. We wait 15 minutes longer and the lady that was rude is staring us down and no apology. She then walks around mad and goes out to her car to smoke a cigarette. She should not work in customer service. She also left everyone to do all the work. Read moreThis is the first time I've ever had such a horrible experience at this Burger King. My fiance and I drove through the drive thru, but the ordering screen wasn't on and it looked like it had a bullet hole in it. We sat there at their damaged drive thru screen and no one answered so we drove up to the window. We were told by the "acting manager" (tall brown skinned woman with moles) on 12/22/2020 at 3:17pm that she could not serve us at the window because we skipped the drive thru and they are on a timer. She told us to go back through the drive thru because we messed up their count. My fiance asked for her name at which point she stated "sir I don't have to give you my name because I told you to go back through the drive thru." She was very rude and her attitude was uncalled for. In the end we did not order at this location and because of the so called "acting manager" with the bad attitude we may not visit this location in the future. I recommend Burger King to the fullest but I do not recommend this location especially if you have to deal with the "acting manager" with the...
Read moreI wanna start off by saying everyone was nice and polite. However, with that being said I do have a couple complaints regarding my order. I ordered the 11.99 combo family meal and a strawberry milkshake. I waited for a long time in the drive thru then I waited outside the front doors because I guess they were short handed and they weren't receiving mobile orders. Then before leaving the drive they my order came in. I was fine with waiting no biggy but when I wait for 30 min and I dont even get all my order lol. When I got home and tried calling 3 times the first time it went to recording, the 2nd time a lady answered then hung the phone right up, I called back and that lady answered I told her that I was on the line when she hung up and she didn't care. I too am I a position of authority at my place of employment, and I would never treat a paying customer like that. If she is the manager then she isnt a very good one.
