Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sparks

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The manager and delivery driver on duty when we placed our order are about as competent as five year olds. We placed an order for about $40 worth of food and had to wait an hour for it to be delivered. When the driver finally arrived he hands me the smallest pizza box I have ever seen and my receipt which clearly says my total is like $38 and then tells me to have a good night. I immediately stop him and ask him where the rest of my order is and he tells me that's all I ordered. I ask the guy does this look like $38 worth of food to you and he says that's what I ordered because that's what they gave him. I look at the pizza and not only is it a small but it's not even the right pizza toppings. He says to me "oh my bad I should have checked before I left don't worry I'm calling the store and letting them know so your food will be ready when I get there" so now we are going to wait another 30 minutes for our food great. 20 minutes go by and I haven't received a phone call or anything from the store so I call them and the manager I speak to is acting like I did something wrong. She tells me first that I ordered a small pizza that's why they brought a small. I tell her if that's the case since when does dominoes charge 38 dollars for a small pizza? She then magically sees what my order was and begins to tell me that they brought it to me. I stop her from spewing anymore nonsense because she is obviously drunk or high or something and I tell her to refund my money please she tells me ok and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service!!! 3 days go by and the charge is still on my card so I call back and a different manager tells me she checked with the other manager and it has been issued to just wait two more days. 5 days later no refund. I call back and explain what is happening and she hangs up on me before I can even finish telling her what is wrong. I will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO AN ESTABLISHMENT WHILE ANY OF THE CLOWNS THAT WORK AT THIS STORE ARE RUNNING IT. The owner should be ashamed to have these people as the face of the business. Incompetent, rude, and lazy! I can't believe this kind of thing is acceptable at a restaurant!! I have been in the industry for over 15 years and none of these people would have lasted five minutes in any place I've...

03.13.2021. I placed an online pizza order at about 520p. At 539p I received a notification that the driver had left the store with my pizza. I live 3 (Three) minutes from this store so I figured my pizza wouldn't be long to be delivered. I watched the tracker as it did not move for nearly 25 minutes. Then at 610p I received a delivery. The driver left the pizza on my door step, knocked on the door and walked away. When I found my delivery I immediately noticed that it was the wrong order and of course it was cold. The address on the labels was not even close to my address. The driver quickly returned and asked if I wanted my original order. Of course I said yes, then I asked if I was going to have to wait another 30+ minutes to get my pizza. He said he would rush it right over. I called the store and requested a manager. The girl that answered asked what the issue was. I explained and she told me that she was re-submitting my order now. I again asked to speak with the manager for a remedy since I was now well over an hour into my attempts for a pizza. The girl said that the only thing they could offer was me a new order and have to wait. She never connected me with a manager. About 20 minutes later I get another delivery that had my original order. I asked the delivery driver to have the manger call me since the girl on the phone would not. He took my info and said he would pass on the info. He apologized for the girl and said that she should have connected me with the store mgr. Here it is the next day and I still have not had any communication with a mgr...I gave 2 stars because at least my replacement order was warm. Otherwise one star for delayed delivery, wrong order, cold food, no management to rectify the issues...I like Dominoes and won't let this experience stop me from being a future customer. However, this is strike one. If this type of service keeps up I will not hesitate to remove them...

We are Domino's fans until yesterday. 1st, I went on line to order 2 of your Specials pizzas. Big mistake, we ordered 2 special $6.99 ea. 2 toppings, valid until 6/8/25 Used the coupon on the website and placed my order. The total was $44.70 plus tax. So, I called and got the manager on the line to reverse the cc used. He said I didn't use the coupon that was why the charge was high. So I explained that I did. You could tell he was getting anchess over the phone. He reversed the charge and we paid him. When we picked up the pizzas took them to our friends. We always get a two topping large pizza Pepperoni and Sausage. I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas, 2nd pizza was ham and pineapple, SO when we opened the boxes the sausage had maybe 6 pieces and the 2nd pizza had about the same ham, but the ham was lunch meat ham and they had only 1 slice. I believe the problem is we normally buy our pizzas at the Wingfield location. Great...
