At 5 PM on a Wednesday they had 0 pizzas for hot and ready, nor did they have any available by the time I left. Figured no big deal, would just spend a few more and order one. Throughout this visit not one pizza was made for hot & ready.
I became overtly aware door dash personnel received priority service over customers in house.
The cashier wasn't trained, nor was she able to answer simple questions retreating to the back for long periods at a time, after each question.
I realize I should have ended it there, but she was young and appeared new so was giving her the benefit of doubt, as well as an opportunity to learn by trial and error.
While placing my order I noticed a huge stack of promotional flyers about it being a veteran business marketing for the support of the veteran community. I inquired about a military discount and was instructed they do not provide one.
Fine, no big deal, although it seems odd to have a marketing campaign targeting veteran consumers to support a veteran business and not provide a veteran discount. It is what it is.
I go ahead and place an order for a staple pizza, paid for it and then was instructed to wait outside in 28 degree weather for an undetermined period of time, with minimum of 15 minutes. With the degree of chaos and lack of professionalism I was concerned the wait would be much longer. There was no signs on the counter or door to inform consumers they would literally have to wait long periods outside in the cold.
When I explained I could not do so for health concerns the cashier instructed me I had to. I promptly requested to cancel my order. This resulted in her 3rd retreat to the back for another extended period time. When she finally returned, a guy not wearing a name tag processed a refund instead of a cancellation in which would prolong the credit. So now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive it, instead of just processing it as a cancellation.
At no time did he interact with me except to hand me a refund receipt that was printed with low ink so it's illegible.
This was my first and last visit to this location.
During this visit at no time did the employees disinfect the counters between customers. Which then raised concerns about the cleanliness of this establishment.
This location should...
Read moreHEALTH HAZARD - CUSTOMERS BEWARE last night my family ordered 2 Batman cheese pizzas from this location and we love the pizza franchise, however our pizzas smelled of bleach and an odor similar to old mushrooms or mildew. Unfortunately I believe that the cheese they had in stock was old and maybe they didn’t know it but they still made the pizzas with the old cheese. The aroma wasn’t that strong but once you put the pizza up to your face you could tell something was a little off but we chalked it up to the fact that they had Parmesan sauce on the pizza. Some pieces were ok and other pieces had an awful taste and odor. I did speak with Door Dash about the quality and safety concerns and they took care of their side of things however I tried to speak with the manager “Fernando” or at least that’s the name I was given on the phone and the manager told me “sorry No hablo Ingles” . Now again I love Little Caesars my family we have no problem with this establishment however it’s really offputting that I’m trying to make them aware of a food safety concern because my family was sick the next day which is today – multiple trips to the bathroom as you can imagine and I have a really hard time believing that the manager does not speak English?? So I will be alerting the Washoe county health department so that they can do a proper inspection and I still have half of one of the pizzas which I would be glad to bring back to the store or take to the health office so they can examine/determine what exactly was in this pizza giving off that foul smell and taste which I truly...
Read moreSuper disappointed in Little Ceasers pizza in Sparks, NV off on McCarran...paid extra to have the extramost bestest pizza(extra meat & cheese) made with sausage.....this is what I got...not in a Bestest labeled box...hardly any sausage(some slices only had a couple of pieces of sausage on them) and a standard amount of cheese (it literally looked like every normal sausage pizza I had ever gotten from this company in the past BUT WITH LESS MEAT .....I complained, but according to the employees in front, this is what a Extramost bestest sausage pizza is SUPPOSED to look like...guess they lost my business...at least the cheese bread was done correctly...
Edited...I forgot to mention that the counter employee told me it would be fifteen minutes for my custom order of pizza and standard Italian cheese bread to be done...I went next door to GameStop and came back not even 10 minutes later...the placed was packed...when everyone else was served, he asked me how can I help you? I said is my order ready? He looked panicked and said what's your name...I told him, his eyes got really wide and he ran to the back ...was there for a minute and came out with this sad excuse...
