I have been going every year to get cakes from this place and today on my son birthday I don’t understand what they did with the cake or if the cake person was in a hurry but the letters look like they were done by a toddler. I called and complain and they stated I can take the cake back and get my refund but what cake am I suppose to use today for the event! This is so upsetting that they pull this on my son birthday. I will not be going here again

I ordered a baseball cake, picked it up and the cake didn’t look like the picture when ordered. The cake toppers that were give with the cake were soccer players. The cake overall was burnt and had little filling and tasted very dry. I called the bakery and the lady who answered just said she couldn’t do anything, manager was gone. No apology, no offer to take a message for manger to return my call.

I've been to this panaderia a few times to buy bread...I decided to try one of their carne asada burritos wich I had to throw away cause it was extremely salty I honestly thought I was getting PRANKED...so now today 12/07/2022 I went to buy some champurrado and decided to buy a carnitas torta and before ordering i asked the worker behind the counter if their carnitas were good cause I had already experienced something bad with their carne asada burritos being way to salty and he told me that their carnitas were their best seller so I decided to try them..when I got home and tried the torta the carnitas were cold and hard im 100 percent sure the carnitas were from days ago cause they had a very bad after taste and they got me very sick to my stomach..so ones again I had to throw it away..this place has very good pan dulce and their champurrado is very good but I will absolutely not buy food from the kitchen ever again and I do not...

My mom and I went to this place today 04/14/21 to buy pan dulce and we were rudely treated by this awful person behind the counter he was so rude to us didn't even greet us and just kept giving us this scary look and when I went to pay I asked him for two coffees and he replied ,yeah and? I was like I would like to pay for it, to that he replied okay I've never felt so unwelcome in any other place before. I will never set foot in that awful place again even if my life depended on it. I suggest you nice people do the same if you don't want to leave that place with a sour taste.........! And besides their product isn't that...

We ordered two tortas with carne asada. They were both cold, including the meat. When I asked for salsa, the lady said, "No lleva." She wanted to charge me .50 for salsa. They're "supposed" to have jalapeños but didn't. When we told the lady, she didn't believe us. She literally walked to our table so we could prove it to her, then she finally gave us some jalapeños, but never offered any salsa. We had planned on buying some dessert afterwards, but she lost that $10 purchase over the .50 cent salsa. We do not recommend this place. Go to Toro de Oro instead! Way much better food...
