I was searching for birria and this place popped up in my Google maps. It's a small restaurant but it was packed with Hispanic men at lunch time which I considered a goid sign. I ordered "to go" as I was not wanting to eat in on this particular day. The birria "plate" was excellent and cooked to perfection. It came with the usual rice and beans which were both delicious and authentic. I also got a small cup of salsa that was interesting as it looked like it was creamer than other salsas I've ever had. There's rarely enough staff to cover or maybe they are disorganized or over worked but it's slow at times and food can take a while to come out. Staff is friendly despite their over worked feel. Bathrooms are pretty rough and smell bad. Wobbly chairs, dirty tables and wait times make what could be an amazing restaurant lackluster.
