We’ve always been big fans of Raising Cane’s — especially when we lived in Vegas. The food was consistently fresh, portions generous, and service on point. So tonight, we decided to place a pickup order from the McCarran Blvd location expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, this visit really missed the mark. Not only was our order missing two chicken fingers (which we paid extra for), but both meals had noticeably smaller portions of fries. The crinkle-cut fries, which are usually overflowing in the box, looked like they were portioned for a kid’s meal — definitely not what we’re used to. We understand times are tough and prices are going up everywhere, but skimping on the fries? That was disappointing, especially for a $45 order. This wasn’t the Cane’s experience we know and love. We hope this was just a one-off mistake and not the new normal for this location.

Same sauce, same toast, same fries… but where did the chicken go? I’ve been a loyal Cane’s fan for years. The taste? Still on point. The staff? Super friendly, they made sure I had all the Cane’s Sauce my heart desired (and I appreciate that). But… no. Just no. The tenders are half the size they used to be. I thought maybe I got the kids’ meal by accident, but nope - that’s just the new normal, apparently. And yet the prices have gone up? Was there a national memo about this? Shrink the food, hike the price? Because I didn’t get the email. If I wanted to drop this much cash for fun-sized tenders, I’d hit up a tapas bar. Staff gets an A+, sauce still slaps, but overall? Feels like I paid for the Cane’s experience and got the wish.com version.

This is the second time i decided to come to this location and it is still inefficient. I decided to try theobile curbside and waited as instructed by the emails. Waited for 15 minutes amd decided to go ask whta was happening. To my surprise, my food was sitting on a shelf thay said mobile orders. I do not understand how curbside pick up means "come inside and pick up your food evem though our email says to wait in your car for your food". Definitely will avoid this for another couple of years. This is the second time I have ordered a caniac combo only to get a 4 piece order. Why did I pay $14 for a box combo with extra toast and sauce? Absolutely ridiculous. I though a 4 month hiatus would have corrected the issue but just got screwed again.

Ordered online at 10:17 pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:32 pm. Went inside at 10:30 pm. No one was paying attention. Everyone was busy cleaning up and other stuff but i saw a bag on the counter with drinks beside it. Thinking it was mine, i went up and asked if my order was ready. The guy went to the back and came out telling me that it was still being prepared. Ok, i understand, drive thru was busy. A couple came in and did the same thing. Asked the manager if their online order is ready. He went to the back, came back and told them it was getting ready. 2 minutes later, they had their order and left. I asked someone what time it was (left my phone in the car thinking i'll just be in and out of there) and was told it was already 10:39pm. I went up again to ask if my order was ready. The manager then asked my name and was told my order is ready. Sure enough, it was the bag that's already been sitting there in the counter when i went in. I told him i was told my order was still being prepared and that i've been waiting there for awhile already. He then asked me if i wanted my order re fried. I told him yes please. On top of that, the drink i ordered is "flat" so if i wanted iced tea or lemonade. I finally got my order at 10:48 pm. I understand it was 1 1/2 hours before closing and drive thru was busy (took me 10 more minutes just to back out of my parking spot because of the cars blocking me lined up for drive thru) but there was a lot of crew members there. It was just they were busy doing closing stuff than pay attention to the customers...

Ive been a canes fan for years. Used to be a regular in the state I used to live in where I’d go 3-4 times a week. I’ve made Cane’s a regular stop on road trips, late-night cravings, and casual lunches for years. The chicken is usually crispy, juicy, and never over-seasoned. The Cane’s Sauce? Legendary. And let’s not forget the perfectly soft toast and that sweet tea and lemonade combo that hits the spot every time.

So it’s with genuine disappointment that I write this. My most recent visit just didn’t live up to the Cane’s standard I’ve come to expect. First, the drink cup was barely over half full. I don’t know if it was a mistake or a new portion policy, but it felt lazy and a little disrespectful—especially for the price. Then came the real letdown: the chicken fingers were burnt and overcooked, leaving them dry and with a bitter aftertaste. It was miles away from the golden, juicy fingers I’ve raved about to friends and family for years. I know several people who work for raising canes and it tasted specifically like the fryers hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. I tried to power through the meal but it was just unenjoyable and left a bad aftertaste.

I get that every restaurant has off days, and this won’t stop me from returning to Cane’s in the future. But consistency is key, and I hope this location—or others experiencing similar issues—gets back to delivering the quality that made so many of us fall in love with Cane’s in the first place.

Still a fan. Just hoping for...

For a while now I've been trying to figure out what to say about raising Cane's. Their food is good services good employees are usually polite you do get the ones that have the attitude. But when you sign up for the raising Cane's card after about 7 or 8 months using this card and then come to find out you're not accumulating any points for free food that pissed me off. On top of for months I was going into Sparks Nevada raising Cane's they always had problems with the orders french fries were cold they're chicken pieces were never the same there were little bitty half pieces when you get the ketchup from the spout there was never any ketchup in it. And management was as bad as employees with attitudes. They've changed a little bit but so have I stopped going there 4 to 5 times a month to maybe once a month now due to what I thought that raising Cane's card I thought was accumulating points for a free meal like all the other fast food places do. I wrote in to their customer service and they tell me no that's not what it's for that's when they have promotions then you get deals on food. I've never gotten anything except for when you signed up for the loyalty Carter or whatever that is I got one thing out of it. So they've lost this business from me because they seem like they just don't care what the public has to say. That's my thoughts on...
