Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sparks

Came in today 10/3/24 around 1:00pm for lunch with my boyfriend and as we walked in there were tons of people waiting for their orders. We politely make our way to the ordering menu and place our order. After sitting and waiting for a while we hear the drive thru orders coming back in with wrong orders. Next thing you know the crew members were in a frenzy. A girl that ordered inside also got her order wrong and when she told the staff they immediately blamed here for her order being wrong...which they asked for her receipt and it in fact was her order they made incorrectly. The employee in the back making food starts saying she ordered it wrong. Then starts crying and sobbing..with a room full of customers. After that one of the other employee walks off to the bathroom stays there for 10 minutes and then sits down where she can't be seen. I heard her coworkers ask if she was in the bathroom or if she walked out since they weren't doing breaks at that time and it was crazy. I know the employee heard them and continued to just sit there. Not to mention the sitting areas were disgusting, trash was everywhere and nothing had been cleaned. They were also ignoring customers that were older and had no idea how to use the electronic order menus. A doordash girl helped at least 4 people use them while she waited more than 30 minutes for a pick up order. Worst taco bell in town. Will...

Hit the drive thru on Monday the 27th 2021. The new crispy chicken sandwich taco was kinda spendy for a small chicken strip and some tasty sauce tossed in a mini chalupa like shell. Wouldn't be bad on a dollar menu but paying close to 3 bucks for something that's gone in 2 bites is a tad on the pricey side IMO. Then once we get to the window and receive are order we noticed that there is no sauce in the bag. So I quickly ask for a handful of mild. "we're out" informed the polite guy working the window. So I said "ok how about a handful of medium?" "We're out of that too" he said. So I just slowly pulled away wondering if I might have some leftover sauce in the junk drawer at home. Once home we unpack the bag and eat. The food was all normal and good except for the new mini chicken strip taco mentioned above. And finally was the fact that they must have run out of normal napkins because we were given bathroom paper towels with are meal. Needless to say that any one of those things might have you second guessing a place but all together in one visit I believe we will be passing on the bell...

It took us 27 minutes to get our food. They were out of change $1s, 5s and 10s. We only had a $20 and they couldn't give us change. The poor girl in the drive up had people leaving and not being able to give customer's there food because they couldn't get change back. The young guy was trying to get the manager's attention but she didn't care about him, the lady taking care of the drive thru and differently not the customers. The guy was trying to open the safe but was having problems and when he asked for help she was VERY RUDE TO HIM. She yelled at him in front of customers saying" all you had to do is push this button ". You could tell he had no clue what he was doing but he was trying his hardest. When she finally came over to help him, it took her 2 seconds, 2 seconds and in the meantime you lost customer's, had your employees being yelled at for not having change, making us wait 27 minutes to get our food and not to mention what her co worker's had to deal with.
