I had a good time here! The prices were a tad high for what I’m used to but seemed appropriate for the area. The food was actually pretty good and quickly served! The waitress was very nice, too - she deserves a good shout out. I’m not from Sparta but I used to live in a house on Lake Mohawk when I was little and it was a jarring first time back in over 20 years. And the waitress was really fun to speak with about the area and the people! She was very good and on top of things! My grandmother, who is supremely picky about restaurants, even gave the place a thumbs up. A quick quirk about this place - you walk in and it first looks like a fast pizza shop but then it actually opens up to a small but fully fledged restaurant with typical (but still nice!) murals. And on the walls are historical photos of the area. I think this is a decent place to eat if you’re looking for something fairly inexpensive and casual!

This used to be the best pizza in Sparta, but over the last six months it’s completely gone to downhill . The pizza is disgusting now completely dried out and overdone. I don’t know what happened because their pizza used to be so good. I’ve given this place a couple chances thinking that maybe they just had a bad day but the last three times has been horrible so I am now done. They will not get my business anymore. There’s way better places I can go to!! Just look at the picture… This looks like pizza that’s been sitting there all day, but this was made fresh. And the picture was taken only 15 minutes after bringing it home. Dave Portnoy would have spit this rock hard pizza out.

Scouting Specifically for a Regular Slice of Pizza for the Pizza Hunters App for 2022. Been a few Years since I have been to Casa Mia. They have been in business for 20 years, so they are doing something right. The Regular Slice was 80 Percent Coverage with Cheese. Only $2.00 for a Regular Slice. No Crust taste and the sauce was very minimal and watered down. I am sure it's a good local fill your belly Slice of Pizza, but in the competitive arena, they would have some work to do.

We moved here from the Jersey Shore, so we're more than a little picky about our pizza. I'm also 100% Italian and grew up around authentic Italian food, and Casa Mia doesn't disappoint. Hands down, this is the best pizza around. And we have tried a ton of places. First, the delivery is always awesome. They arrive on time, every time, and they're super polite. Second, if you chose to dine in, the wait staff is wonderful. Even when they're busy (and they get super busy, for good reason), you never have to wait for a table or for your food. And they know how to make everyone feel welcome and at home. It truly is a family establishment. In a town like Sparta where everyone knows everyone, you appreciate restaurants like Casa Mia and the value they bring to the community/all the ways they give back. But back to the food. I recently tried their personal vegan pizza and loved it, and this is coming from a former vegan so I have something to compare it to. They always have your order ready to go immediately and take the time to ask how you your day is going and put in that extra effort. I have a few big events coming up and I'll be having Casa Mia cater them because I know the food will be on point and on time. They catered a party of ours last year and were exactly on time. If you want legit GOOD, authentic pizza and owners/staff they value their customers and know you by name, this is your spot. There is a reason people come from all over to check this place out. They've been here for 31 years and are a staple in the community. Thanks for great service and even better food. And no, I don't work here. I just appreciate good people and brag when I find...

This is the first bad review I’ve ever posted. I tried to be understanding but I felt like this restaurant really failed my expectations in many ways. I couldn’t help but notice that even the restaurant owner had to clean his own windows because the 3 waitresses were too busy texting on their phones or chatting when there were only 2 tables. When asked about an order that we had placed at the front counter, we were told that it was actually put for “to go” even though we were dining in. Our waitress brought it to my mom cold after the rest of us were pretty much finished eating. She said that if we ordered it there we have to pick it up there. That’s not exactly customer service. She made sure to check on the other table with the younger men but had little interest in checking up on us. It’s frustrating that she would even comment to her co-worker out loud on the tip she received for such terrible service. I would never expect anyone to tip me well for being rude, texting on my phone, and/or ignoring guest. You treat your customers as your guest because they have many other restaurants they can eat at but chose to eat at yours. My mom has owned three restaurants and she was blown away by how the service was. Hopefully this is a one time incident but I’m not going to try again to find out. There’s a lot of other places other than here to eat at that treat a guest as they should. The pizza is good but you might want to stick with take out at this restaurant to save yourself the...

I'm very sad to say I've been a customer at this restaurant since the day they opened being a Sparta resident for over 28 years with that being said last week our order got confused and we received the wrong items I gladly paid for them and kept them not wanting to inconvenience the restaurant. When I called they told me to call another time and they would replace my order which was meant to be a stuffed pizza. Well today I called them and took them up on the pizza and I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic and I made it very limited to two items meatball and mushroom they put so little meatball Mushroom and Cheese inside the stuff Pizza that the entire thing was actually burnt and crumbling like a cracker. It actually crumbled when they were running the pizza cutter acrossed it as opposed to slicing it so this definitely was not sent out by accident it was completely unable to be eaten After Twenty Years of patriotism I'm very sad to say I'm completely done especially that everybody in town has been tolerating the lack of quality over the last 4 years. I truly thought it was very awful that they sent that pizza to me it was so burned it was truly black and spots completely unedible. This is the first time in my life I've ever taking the time to write a review I truly am a very patient person but today was a very very horrible experience they should truly be ashamed after 20 years of loyal patronage. Not to mention a week before Christmas...
