I asked for a large half pepperoni pie and a pepperoni pie was served. She offered to take 2 slices and bring 2 plain and I said no I ordered it that way since I needed 4 plain. She nastily says fine but you will have to wait for a new pie She returns 5 minutes later with 4 slices that were reheated and half pepperoni. By this time the kids are getting hungry so ok. I wrote a review last year and it still is correct. I order from franks when I am working in the area and I always get the franks special salad. It is absolutely amazing. It has fresh mozzarella, grilled chicken , grilled eggplant, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes , red onions and black olives. I phoned in a simple order for pickup; 2 chicken parm subs, one without cheese. I confirmed my order in person again on pick-up. Place wasn't busy. I gave them plenty of time and it wasn't even ready. Felt like it was forgotten. They had to go looking for my ticket.
