I was so excited to get a Dunkin close to our house! We have ordered from here approximately 10 times since they opened, and it never fails that there is an issue with every single order. I am not sure if the issue is with the ticketing system, but the receipt taped to the on the bag will be missing items, while the receipt handed to us will have all the items we bought and paid for. We typically order online and go through the drive through, and we always have to swing back through to get the missing items. The food is fine, the staff is fine - I just don't understand how there can be missing items in every single order.

This one should have been simple. 1 coffee, 12 custom donuts (not assorted, custom, meaning I chose which donuts I wanted). Ordered on the app. My husband went through the drive thru to pick up, and they handed him the coffee and told him to have a good day. He got their attention and explained to him we had also ordered 12 custom donuts. They threw 12 random donuts into the box. I am aware this is super first world problems, and part of me is speaking from being 8 months pregnant with particular cravings, but we ordered a dozen specific donuts for a reason.

Read moreWouldn’t go to this location if you have social anxiety. I see this one lady every time I go to this location who always has an attitude. Today I went and I only had a $100 dollar bill. She gave me my total ($11 and change) and I pulled out my $100 bill and she went “oh out of 100” in a snarky tone. I don’t like to break hundreds on small orders but that’s all I had other than a card I only use in emergency’s. She takes the hundred and her coworker comes over and she say loudly “I’m trying to see if this is real or not” (what business in 2023 doesn’t have a machine or pen to test 100s). Then she goes on to say, loudly, “idk why they’re using 100 on such a small order” (again I didn’t want to but that’s all I had). She hands the 100 back and say in her snarky tone “we don’t have change for this” (first she didn’t even look in the cash drawer, second it’s Dunkin on a Tuesday afternoon you know you have change). She then says “I suggest you take this to a bank and have them split it” in a rude tone. I took it to jack in the box they had no problem splitting it. Read moreI'm tired of wasting my money here! I was so pleased that a DD was opening up right near my home, I make this my morning stop 5 days a week and occasionally on Saturdays as well. My coffee is never right. It's either not what I asked for or they just pour the sugar and don't even stir it up! I can't even begin to tell you the amount of times I've taken a big sip of my iced coffee just to get a mouthful of straight sugar! It's a bunch of kids that work there especially on the weekends, if you aren't ready to work the RIGHT WAY and do things how they are supposed to be done them don't get a job! And DD if you're going to hire kids, TRAIN THEM and when it's not done right, consequences need to take place! I'm clearly not the first or only one that these things are happening to from the amount of unsatisfied reviews I read before posting mine.
