The sandwiches are very good and their Rosemary Parmesan bread is a very nice change. Never had an issue with Jersey Mike's until I started using their window. Ordered four giant sandwiches and two regular sandwiches (had family visiting) and was told I had enough points for a free regular. I declined using them to save them for a future date. Next trip, I ordered two Giants and two regulars. Was told once again that I had enough points for a free regular. Didn't have time to argue as I was taking the sandwiches to work as a reward for staff volunteering to work late getting the place ready for overhaul and inspection. Went in today to find that my points were still at the same total. Was told I had to make sure the server had been given my phone number to add the points. I told them they had been given my number, for how else could they have known my total the previous two visits. They had no answer for this. Went ahead and got my free regular because I had already promised my son Jersey Mike's. It will likely be my last trip however. Never had an issue such as this at the counter so those who use the window, you have been warned. As I said before, their sandwiches are excellent. I tried to reflect this in scoring the review. That being said, an excellent product does not negate bad service.
Because my son is a big fan I have started coming back. The manager actually remembered me and informed me that he was glad to see us back and the store had posted new policies. Employees are reminded to engage the subject of points to drive-thru customers. We started returning and I have been engaged at the window about points on each return. I have edited the review to reflect my...
Read moreAfter ruining my order, I returned to the location. There was absolutely no concern, and no apology for ruining the order at which point I witnessed the employee retrieve the orders and throw them in the trash with an attitude when I explained to them for the inconvenience, they should not have even asked for the sandwiches back. They should have just made the order properly apologized and thank me for being a loyal customer. Instead, they began to debate with me. I explained to them that there are homeless people out there without any food. I personally would’ve been more than happy to give it to someone who needed it. They also explained to me that it was a jersey Mike’s company policy. I explained to them that it was a sin to do such a thing, and if this is how Jersey Mike wants to be represented then good luck with that sincerely a former loyal customer. Jersey Mike needs to invest in training their employees with...
Read moreRead moreSo Disappointed. We have been satisfied customers of Jersey Mike's for decades!!-- until today. 3/26/22. At the Reidville Rd. Location in Spartanburg. We pulled up to the window outside to place an order and Cristobal refused to take our order demanding we go online or call instead. He abruptly closed the window. So, we called the store, while we sat in our car.... watching Cristobal through the window, answer the phone, write down our order, then proceed to make it. Why didn't he just take our order in person with the sliding glass window open? Why did he tell us to call, close the glass window, then answer the phone and write down our order while looking at us through the glass? Has customer service really gone...
