Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Spartanburg

In the past I've been extremely satisfied with Jersey Mike's as a whole. Recently though their prices have gone beyond obnoxious. For two large size subs and drinks I spent $32. The meatball sandwich that I ordered had so much sauce that by the time I made it to the table head dribble through and CO2 the entire sandwich. At first I thought this might be good but by the time I made it through the sauce had enough napkins to wipe off my hands and got to the meatballs they were called. When I asked the young lady at the counter if they could at least microwave my sandwich she said there's no reason for the meatballs to be cold the sandwich was fully cooked. I assured them it was cold and simply asked for the sandwich to be heated. They seem less than interested to be sure that I was satisfied. For two subs and two drinks $32 with this type of service is outrageous. I will not return and caution you about this particular location. I'm sure the prices are the same throughout but certainly not worth the quality of food or service that I received...

Stopped by to grab dinner last night well, not the best experience. First I ordered my sub all went fine. Then ordered my husbands. I paid while the guy made my husbands sub. I waited and waited. There were three other customers behind me. The other guy asked what I was waiting on I told him my #13. I waited some more. The same guy asked me did I need something else. I said yes again, my #13. He said oh I didn't realize you had two subs. He said he would have to charge me again he only rung me up for one. Then they threw my second aub together. I paid and was on my way. When I got home I ate all was great. However, my husband ate later he was working outside. When he sat down to eat at 8:30 PM bottom bread on his sandwich. Like really how do you leave off a bottom? I'm very disappointed at this store today. On Friday's at my place of work the Coaches eat out every Friday. I ordered my food online because I thought it would be easy. After my order was placed, the Coach we sent to get our food. Was in the store, and he heard the staff saying "THIS PERSON ORDERED A SUB WITH THIS AND THAT ON IT. THIS IS JUST NASTY, AND HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN RAW CHICKEN AS WELL!" This poor practice because I have a degree in culinary arts and I happen to be a proctor for ServSafe.
