DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD!! Only visit this Marco’s if you want your credit card to be charged multiple times for each purchase. This has happened multiple times and after speaking with staff they know it is a problem. But they claim it is resolved on the back end after it happens. Unfortunately this is not true, since I have multiple charges for the pizza each time I visit and they are not removed. After calling Marco’s and speaking with the manager they claim there is only one charge on their end. So then I have to wait weeks for the credit card company to remove the charge. I was a long time customer but I will not use this location because it is not worth the hassle.
Update 7/24/24 - so I followed up on the link provided in the response by Marco’s several days ago. Still no follow up from them. Since the double charge is the exact same amount on the same day you would think it would be a quick and easy fix. Not much to investigate!

Read moreAbsolutely horrendous. To start with, I placed my order online and selected the curbside pickup. I even had to enter my car type and color. It was confirmed to be ready by 5:29 PM. I selected the "text" option to let me know when my order was ready. I pulled up directly in front of the store at 5:33 PM. There were two employees standing directly and in front of my car, smoking cigarettes. So I waited. They were looking right at me. They went back into the restaurant, and another employee came out and looked right at me. She lit up a cigarette. Then one of the employees who were previously outside, came back out. It was now 5:45, and still no order. I finally went in. The lady inside said, "Oh, we don't do the curbside pickup thing here. They haven't set us up for that yet". What a joke !!! Furthermore, they must have poured an entire pound of salt into this pizza sauce !!!! Also, I'm still waiting for the text letting me know my order is ready !!! Find somewhere...
Read moreThey lied saying they weren't delivering but I watched 2 different delivery drivers leave when I arrived. I ordered curbside delivery and they never brought it to me. I went in after 10 minutes and was told "idk why that's an option online cuz we don't do that here" I stated they should have contacted me to inform me. She gv me attitude. I watched her sit lazily folding boxes at front counter and just chatting with coworkers. There was no reason my food couldn't have been brought to me as I was literally parked in front of window watching them. They are just lazy employees.
