Went in this morning (Sunday July16,2023) for breakfast around 0845. And an elderly man in his late 70âs was there. He was so confused and asked the young man behind the register about 50 questions about different foods, what was on them, how they tasted, took probably 15 minutes to finally order only to have his card rejected as invalid. I paid for his meal. But the young man behind the register was so kind and patient, and polite to this old guy. When the young man got back to the drive up window, customers were screaming at him for making them wait, not knowing how genuinely kind this young man had just been to a confused elderly man. I hope all of Spearfish can hear about this young man and lift him up as a genuinely kind, patient, polite person to this kinda crazy old man this morning. Good on ya Spearfish...
   Read moreOur recent visit to Burger King was very disappointing. Our total came to $69.17, and we tried to pay with a $100 bill. The staff told us they couldnât give us change, so we had to drive a few blocks away to a Walgreens just to break the bill. That alone was frustrating.
On top of that, when we got our order, we noticed we were missing fries. We had paid for large meals, but they were out of large cups and gave us smaller onesâwithout any discount or even an apology. We didnât complain at the time, but we definitely should have. The service overall was very poor, and there seemed to be little concern for the customer experience.

Even though I called after I put in my online I had to walk up to the window, verify that I indeed put in the order, I was standing next to the window where the girl told me to stand and a guy came and asked me to stand across from the drive-through, in about the same area they park cars when they are bringing an order out. I had to wait for 3 cars to go through before they gave me my order.
Bottom line- the app does absolutely 0 good here and a semi driver would have to walk up to the window to order and step away while they...
