I have been to many Qdobas before, but never have I been to one so disappointing. To start, when I walked in, the lobby was not well kept while being completely empty. When ordering, the employs were not well-trained, as I asked for a 2oz side of guacamole, they had no idea what I was talking about. Additionally, they didn't know the names of the salsas that they were serving such as; roja, verde, and Chile crema. Another girl in our group asked for guacamole on top of her bowl and was completely shut down saying "we don't have any right now" even though there was a fresh case of guacamole in front of her. This shows a blatant lack of respect or care for the customer. To move on, there were no peppers prepared so we were told it'd be an hour wait until they're ready. This is a fast food restaurant. While eating we noticed the chips were burnt and flavorless. Finally, the manager running the register was rude and passive aggressive. She passive aggressively told us she didn't want us there because we were a big group (a "bus" in her words) and hadn't called ahead of time. To note, there was no bus present. She also did not listen to orders and was blaming employs for miscommunication even though she was not listening to the customer. All together, the food was good, but the service made it a...
Read moreDuring the ordering process, we noticed the shift supervisor (Kelly, I believe) was rude to my wife as she was asking about the different toppings. She also was rude and condescending to the staff working the counter. After receiving the order, my wife’s quesadilla was not cut into quarters, so she went to the counter and asked if they could cut it into quarters. The shift supervisor took the quesadilla box and slammed it on the counter, saying “It IS cut into quarters!” before tossing it on the grill and properly cutting it into quarters. She handed it to my wife and said again “It is cut into quarters!”. Well, yes it was at that point.
This attitude by the shift manager is nothing new. We’ve eaten here many times and the counter staff generally treat customers well, but then shift supervisor is always curt and rude to her help as well as her customers.
Judging by the other comments here, I would say it’s time to make changes. Maybe this is one of the reasons the store is always advertising for...
Read moreThe food is good. I was looking for a healthier option & Qdoba won. Seems like everytime I'm at the local store I have to wait for something from the back grill. This time it was several minutes waiting for the grilled vegetables. The lady that wears the face mask is generally rude when you tell her you can't understand what she's saying. It's loud at times & you just can't hear her. Not sure the reasoning for the mask. Overall, the store is clean & inviting. The employees could be a bit friendlier. They themselves are not inviting. A smile or kindness goes along way. I hope travelers don't think this is the norm for our area if this place is their only interaction...
